used to have great experiences at this shop and had been going for almost two years now, but the past two times I’ve came the barber whose in the room to the left has messed my hair up pretty good. this time he took off a bunch of length on the top rear of my head but then left alot of length on the front making me look like I have the karen haircut. Then tried to tell me after the cut that it only looked that way because my hair was wet and he “forgot his hair dryer” also asked for a lineup and didn’t get one, atleast the hard part turned out half decent. but I’ll now he making the trip across town to fad factor from now on.

Nice people working there. Got us in quick and my grandson got a haircut. I though it was a little too pricey for me though. Was charged 20.00 for a 9 year old boys haircut only. When we got outside I could see several uneven spots that stood out and didn’t blend well with his cut.. I can go places and get my hair washed, conditioned and cut for less. Sadly, We won’t be going back

I have been to multiple barber shops in Jacksonville, and this one, by far,offers the best cut in town. I personally prefer a barber that uses a straight razor,and after calling around, it surprised me that many here in town do not use one. I have the pleasure of meeting Marcel, and ever since the first day, he will be the ONLY man to touch this head and face. As a member of the professional service industry, i highly recommend this barbershop. Hands down, the best in Jacksonville.

These gentlemen offer probably the best hair cuts in the Jacksonville area. With a small staff their quality control is unmatched. Other barbers I’ve frequented over the last few years were often hit or miss but in the last 8 weeks of going to Level Up Barbershop, these gentlemen haven’t left me dissatisfied once. This is the only barber shop in Jacksonville that I will go to.

I found the people to be very friendly there truthfully I was following my hair stylist Stephanie who is an Exquisite hair stylist The Best of the Best can do hair in a ditch and make you look like a star.
