Brittany is so incredibly talented! I walked in the salon a little over 6 months ago with hair severely damaged and over treated. Brittany is the FIRST color specialist to highlight my hair without it breaking with each brush stroke afterwards. My hair is healthier than it’s ever been, and I owe it to her expertise! Had a very horrible experience yesterday at Level Spa Salon. Went in for a haircut and came out with a very bad headache. The lady there took me in for haircut and washed my hair.While she was shampooing another customer of her came in and she left me there for more than 15 minutes. she came in and said someone else will be drying my hair because she had to attend to a different customer. I sat there for another 45 minutes with wet hair no one attending to me because of it my head started hurting so bad that couldn’t sit there. After an hour or so they came and said they will not be able to cut my hair instead will give me a free blow-dry for my hair. Sitting there with wet hair my head started aching and i was sick whole day.

This is by far the best salon. The colorists and stylists are exceptional. They undergo yearly training so they are always up to date on the latest color and cut techniques. Added bonus …with every shampoo you get the best head massage ever!

I have to leave a review for Amy G., the stylist who cut my hair. She is AMAZING! This was my first time at the salon. I was referred by a friend. My hair was in pretty bad shape. Long, blonde with major breakage at the ends and unevenness in the front. I wanted to get it healthier looking but keep the length. Amy did such a thorough consultation, made sure I was okay with what we plan to cut off, took her time and kept checking with me before she continued trimming length/dead ends. My hair looks and feels a million times better. It’s even and still long. She worked manic. Today was the first time shampooing and styling my hair after the cutt, and wow the blow out looks amazing and holds the style since all the dead ends are gone. She also recommended great products that work very well with my hair. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend Amy G. At Level Spa! Thank you so much Amy 🙂
