She told me what would and wouldn’t work based on my long term goals and didn’t just sell me the most expensive thing. She does very well suggesting styles that help grow natural hair. I love this salon! Everyone is very professional and friendly. It is a clean environment and they take every precaution to keep you safe during the pandemic. The owner Myechia is my stylist and is amazing at her craft! she truly cares about her customers and the health of their hair. I decided to give Level 7 a try today and I’m so happy i did. I haven’t been to a salon in 9 years. I was super nervous about going. As soon as i came in my stylist greeted me and discussed what she noticed with my hair, asked if i was on any medication as it can change your hair due to hormones. I can’t say if the actual services are good because I called this place looking for someone to retwist my dreads (about a month ago)..a lady answered the phone…passed me off to another stylist because she had no openings. She gave me the other stylists number, I texted her and never got a response. For me, that spoke enough volume about the business. Guess they are “too busy” for new clients! Good luck to whoever gets in…I heard they were actually good but I’ll never know now.
