I’ve been seeing Lacey for a year now to get ready for my wedding. This last weekend Lacey did our makeup and Amber did our hair and oh my goodness everyone looked SO AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL. We had a diverse range of age and skin tone and everyone was made up perfectly, and our hair was gorgeous too! Thank you so much! Very hard to get a hold of to make an appointment. I’ve called 3 separate times and all of them went to voice mail. In fact, one of the calls I made was 10 minutes after they opened. I have no problem taking my business else where.

Alicia does an excellent job – she is the first hairstylist I have consistently gone back to. She is extremely affordable, too. I was paying twice the amount she charges for the same services at a salon just around the corner, and was never this happy with the results!

Amazing! I am a college student and had a horrible ombre experience at a salon in the past but still found a salon I was able to trust back home. However, due to the 2.5 hour distance and having to schedule months in advance I figured it was time to find a salon up here at school. I was terrified to try a new place due to the nightmare trip to a salon in years past but I have to say, I LOVE LEVEL 7 AND TRUST THEM COMPLETELY!!! The stylist was so friendly and chatty, she took amazing care of my hair and never once showed any frustration or annoyance with my hair like most stylist do (I have fine but a LOT of hair that tangles extremely easily and is a nightmare to brush). My hair turned out even better than I expected and was a VERY reasonable price! Definitely making this my go to salon and will be recommending it to everyone!

I would never recommend this place. I asked for a root touch-up on my blonde hair/balayage… ended up being there for 6 hours and left with gray ends orange roots!! The stylist kept making mistakes then looking appalled at her work and asking me how I wanted to fix it?? On top of that, none of the other stylists stepped in to help. I left crying and spent over $500 to get it fixed it was so damaged! The manger called me the next week saying I could come in and they’d fix it but I was too scared to go back. She also offered some hair products and I asked her to email me about it but she never followed up. Worst hair experience ever, please save your time and money somewhere else.
