Never open when they’re supposed to be. Owner is way too pushy with trying to sell you stuff. Always wanted to see what kind of lotion I was using, because if you didn’t buy it from there you “can’t use it in her beds” Tanned there for years and never seen the bulbs changed once. This place is horrible! They do not change their bulbs… ever. The owner tries to sell you random junk and pressures you to try to buy stuff every time you walk in. You are only allowed to buy lotion from her salon and not bring in your own. She doesn’t honor the package you bought- if you ask to go in a higher level bed she comes up with some excuse. And it is a 50/50 chance the place is even open when it should be. RUN the other way from this place! Trust me!

Please don’t waste your time and money. Very shady owner with no business integrity. I paid for a Level 5 package….never once saw the inside of that room for one BS excuse or another. One way or another, she will take your money and you won’t get the service you’re paying for. (P.S. if you are a customer, keep track of your bank statement…double billing , no receipts or records, and lots of computer “problems “ seem to haunt the place)

Worst place I’ve been too, bought a package on buy one get one half off. She didn’t let me use it because she said she “upgraded her bulbs in the tanning beds” I will never go back. As well as she let my sister leave her tanning lotion there and every time she went into tan she lost my sisters expensive tanning lotion. Very shady and unprofessional.

Critical: Quality, ValueExtremely disappointed. I have been tanning for years and years and have never come across such a Salon as this. It is visually deceptive along with a deceptive owner. The bulbs are overdue for change and she conives me to get a package for level 3&4 and I was getting zero tan from so what I thought was going to be rightouse and let me upgrade to level 5 where the bulbs are supposedly better but the level 5 is like being in level 2 I have been in another salon. The bulbs in level 5 clearly need changed as well. But she wanted me to pay more to continue in level 5. The only reason level 5 came into play with this situation is cause level 3&4 bulbs are not valid anymore, so why would I pay more for the owners lack of up keep? Also I realized after the fact I paid $45 on a lotion that retails in general for $15. Owner is not in good customer service. Her Salon is clearly just a cover to rip people off. I had my package only a week and told them to keep my money cause I’m not coming back. I rather invest in better a Salon.Extremely disappointed. Tanning salon is nice and clean. Everyone is nice. I only ever had one issue. It was just something that the owner said one night. I did not bring it up to her because I figured she may have been tired that night. She is very nice and I will go back.

Facility itself is very clean. Spacious room. The owner though, always trying to dale something. Very pushy. And does not solve conflicts. Rather ignores complaints or concerns. Will NOT go back. Tanning

Brittany who owns this salon is crazy beyond belief. If you want an actual tan you should really go somewhere else. This girl will force you into buying stuff from the dollar store with a 100x mark up, and force you to use beds that are broken and don’t work, and then if you complain she will want to call your job to get you fired. One last thing to mention on this post is that she doesn’t pay her employees
