I have been getting my hair cut at Level 13 for about a year now and the stylist there are so nice and professional that I felt I needed to take the time and leave a review ( I never do this). They have became more like family that anything! Always polite and welcoming, they treat me like we have been friends for years when I only see them 10-12 times a year. I won’t go anywhere else!

I used this salon last year. I wanted my hair dyed two different colors. They were really nice so i thought. I have had three appointments with one of the stylists there. The first appointment was okay. She pulled my hair so much i was physically in pain gripping the chair and at some points crying. She got my name wrong every appointment even though i told her. She styled my hair after dying it in a way that did not look good for the shape of my face or what i wanted. She did not disclose how i wanted my hair styled after i was done. My hair is curly and you can imagine the discomfort and disappointment i had after i saw my hair was straight. My classmates and my friend said even in the picture they posted of me “she did you dirty”. Which they were not wrong. Scheduling the second appointment was tougher because i wasnt a new client so i wasnt priority anymore. Same thing happened the hair pulling and being in physical pain. I dont know what i said or did but that’s unacceptable. When my hair was growing out it was uneven and hard to work with. The third appointment didnt even happen because she responded to me over a week later which i needed my hair cut because it was uneven and in my eyes. She never responded back to me when i told her when i was available. So i took matters into my own hands and cut it. Yes they are great at cutting hair and make it look nice but it fades super fast and the haircuts are uneven when grown out even after a month. Mind you im also autistic and dont do well with a lot of things but going home crying after very bad experiences is not something i would do againt. They need to be more accommodating for people like me.

first and foremost, i’d like to shout out Level 13 & all of the stylists that work there! they are all BEYOND talented & each of their work is so unique & badass. each & every one of them are so sweet & welcoming. every-time i come in to get my hair done, it is such a great vibe. dani is a friend of mine & i absolutely love her work. she is always trusted with my hair! every time i leave the salon, i am soooo impressed & happy with the results! i would recommend this salon & all of the stylist to anyone.

Taryn did an amazing job on my haircut, I was wanting to fix a bad short haircut, she made sure to talk to me and ask questions about what I wanted and took time and attention to detail, so glad I called level 13 and made this appt, I’m sure she’s good at everything else but for a short/pixie cut she’s the one!

Very disappointed I did an appointment Oct 24 correct. She texted me the next day and I wanted it on Saturday and she said at 3. So I said yes and all of the sudden she said it’s booked up sorry. I was like okay then I want it on Thursday and she said it’s booked up but she can fit me at 4:30. And then all of the sudden it’s BOOKED UP. And it’s November 3rd and whenever I send her a message they respond for a day or 2. I’m super disappointed wasted my time sadly. I would book a appointment but it’s always booked up ♀️.

Let’s start with I have some pretty good damage to my over processed blonde hair from other salons since moving to Nashville. I came to see Hannah and she completely walked me through the how my hair was and some options we could start with to give my hair a break but still be fun. Beside Hannah is a stylist named Taryn, listening to how she walked her client through their own specific hair process definitely made me happy to be here. The detail, unique atmosphere, how well the stylist take care of their clients will make anyone feel at home.
