Out of the what feels like a million hair salons I’ve been to, this is the best!! Melissa is great and did an amazing job on my hair, she did exactly what I asked for!! Definitely a little pricy, but you get what you pay for and it’s worth every penny to have your hair done exactly how you want the first time! Everyone of the stylists are welcoming and friendly the second you step in the door and altogether this place has great energy and service!! Definitely get your hair done here!

Amazing experience! I’ve walked/drove by Level 10 probably 100 times. Today was the day I finally went in. I got a haircut but Jesse and I’m beyond happy with my hair! She took her time and listened to all of my wishes, answered questions about future services, and gave me options to tame my frizzy summer hair! Sarah, the owner, was there and she was so accommodating and sweet! You can tell she has a passion for this and is such a genuinely sweet person! You feel pampered yet also like family! I’d highly recommend this salon. The girls are knowledgeable and so nice and personable. You can’t go wrong. They definitely gained me as a repeat client! 🙂

I am new to the area and coming from the Atlanta area, I was concerned about finding a stylist. I should also say that it had been several months since I had moved and I was in special need of color and my hair needed great care. I am so thankful to Logan at Level 10. The salon was amazing and all of the stylists were great but Logan was extraordinary. She took great care and effort towards bringing my color and my hair back to life. It was a great experience and I am happy to say that Logan is my new stylist. I highly recommend her. Thank you Level 10 and thank you Logan.

Drew is the best! Each time she has highlighted my hair it’s looked amazing. She truly has a talent for blonding. She cuts and trims it just as you ask and makes great suggestions. She also styles it beautifully. It is worth the investment!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityDO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went in very excited to get my hair blonder. Yeah no Lindsey put bleach all over my scalp burning it so bad. Was in pain for probably two hours waiting for my hair to lift. I could barely stand it. When she rinsed it out she put toner in and left it for too long and my hair came out an ugly mushroom brown color. It was disgusting. She kept telling me oh it’ll wash out and get lighter to what you want. No Ik you messed up and you were lying to me. I then showed her some layers I wanted in my hair. It looked nothing like the layers in the picture. She chopped my hair up and made it thin. I hated my hair when I left. With how awful my hair turned out I still had to pay 400 and something dollars. I want my money back. As soon as I got to my car I was crying so hard because my hair looked so awful. You shouldn’t leave a hair salon feeling ugly should you? No. Also when she was rinsing the bleach out of my hair just with warm water my scalp was burning and while blow drying my hair. My scalp was hurting for almost two weeks after.
