The barbers and everyone in here are amazing! However, the last time I went to get a hair cut I was unsatisfied with what I got at the end. I simply asked for a “0” on the sides and a line up… It was great, until I saw the edges of my forehead. I saw cuts EVERYWHERE and was in so much pain when he cleaned it with alcohol. I was cool when he asked my opinion with the fresh haircut, but could not believe it when I saw my head. other than that this place is amazing. I’m just disappointed that this incident happened.

The first time I came here it was cool but I just left here today, when I first got there dude acted like he didn’t want to cut me and my sons hair. It was like he had an attitude. So I asked him like do you not want to cut because that’s the vibe I got from him. He was like “well who is getting cut” I was like “me and my son” he was like “well it’s $20 for him too” as if he had raised the price or something so I’m like whatever he precedes to cut my son hair when he gets done I sit down he like “oh I got somebody coming already but one of these fine barbers can cut you. I’m like “why did you agree to cut my hair when you knew you had another appointment?” The customer service was just bad.

After moving to Az from Ga I was in desperate need of a good barber. Djay definitely fulfilled that need! He’s always on point with getting my cut perfect. He was great communication with scheduling appointments and is always on time. Great conversation in the chair too! The shop has cool laid back vibes. I’ll continue to be a patron like I have been for years!

I saw another woman with an undercut design and asked her where she got it done: Level 10 and gave me the cross streets. I got there and two customers are in the barber area waiting and I asked the female hairdresser if she does undercut designs. She didn’t know that was, so I showed her a picture and she said that the barbers do those. I go take a seat. More customers come in and they are getting service before me. Even the walk ins. A walk in dad says he’ll be right back to get cash, because thise place has no sign that they’re cash only. I get up to leave and the barber notices I have an undercut. Hey barber, you should be providing me service regardless of how long my hair is. Ultimately you did not provide me service because I’M A WOMAN. I do not recommend this sexist place.

Got my son’s haircut here a few weeks back, my only complaint really was the time it took for his cut. I seen his cut up close, and it was a really NICE cut !! The price is comparable to others in area too, so even though my sons 9, it was $18 I think its for fade & Line up.

Wow!! Coming here from cali and to see a strong standing shop like this with good barber’s that knows what they are doing is hard to find.. this place brings back memories from when my grandpa use to take me to get my hair cut back in the day.. shop has a good vibe and guaranteed you will make friends when you visit this place. It reminds me of that one movie with Ice Cube barber shop 1 and 2.
