Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in for highlights and cut with Diane or Diana. Before we started she asked me if I used box die and I told her yes. I showed her how I wanted my hair to look, which was exactly the same color as the salon managers hair so I was able to point it out knowing that it wouldn’t look exactly like that. I was charged $425 and walked out with barely any highlights. I then went to two other stylists from other salons just to make sure I wasn’t crazy and both told me I needed to go back and get it done again. I called the salon the same night and let them know I wasn’t satisfied. The salon owner told me to come back in. I went back in today (two days later) and spoke to Diane. She explained things to me that sounded ridiculous but was most offensive was when she said “I shouldn’t have to spend my money and my time to fix this”. Wow…I walked out, called my bank and immediately put a stop payment on my check. Hopefully the stop payment works but if not I will be filing a formal complaint. Truly very disappointed. Do you see any blond highlights?I need to update my review and let everyone know that although my experience with this company was not the best they did work with me to make things right. We were able to come to a fair price so in the end I was satisfied with their management and level of service in dealing with my complaint. I am changing my review to 4 stars because I do believe this salon does great work but certainly on the more expensive side. I also need to correct my post.
