They only have 2 people and they charged me 83 for pedi and manicure. I did not say anything but i will never go back. It was a clear nail polish simplest designs. Will never go back my finger naila did not last a week they started to come off. It was done poorly and very expensive. They sit morw people that they can handle and they start you up go to 3 other people and then come back and does all at the same time. So a very cheap job for and expensive charge. Judge for your self. Les than two weeks

Extremely rude, I will NEVER go back to this place again. Husband and I went in for pedicures, we sat and waited. A lady walks in to get nails, man comes the back of the store and says you smoke you need to leave to my husband, who by the way doesn’t smoke. Then seats the woman who just walked in. Funny because he was not even close enough to smell smoke. He was in the back of the store the whole time we were seated. Needless to say I walked out and spent my money else where. Here is a tip if you have “allergies ” maybe you need a new profession. The place reeks of chemicals. Will never go back there again. Good luck staying in business, your customer service skills are beyond lacking.

I went in on a Friday at 2:15 signed in and sat down I was behind someone that had signed in at the same time she was seated right away. Two other people come in about 15 minutes after me, they sat down for 5 minutes and their water started and told to come sit. Obviously they knew the workers there well. Never was I acknowledge or told why I was chose over the line. I understand they have favorite customers but at least tell someone that has been sitting there patiently waiting and kindly in the heat for that matter – it was SO hot in there. We are all well paying customers. I left because I won’t spend my money somewhere that I am not acknowledged.

I was there for 2+ hrs for just gel polish on my nails polish on my toes! This place is a joke!! They also wouldn’t take a gift card given to me because the corner had accidentally got torn off. I will never ever ever ever go back to this place. I understand what it’s like to want to be able to work and have your kids with you but that’s ridiculous

I love this place!! I tried another salon that rushed and did a crummy job. I’ll stick to who I trust from now on. Also I agree with the no smokers policy, no one else wants to smell your funk, get over it. My nails look fabulous and they’ve ALWAYS been super nice. Love them!!!!

After calling and making an appointment, the owner told me as soon as I walked in at my appointment time, he is not taking any more people. Even after I told him I called to make an appointment, he told me no. I wouldn’t want my worst enemies going into that place. That’s extremely bad business. I’m telling everyone I know not to ever go in there.

I have never been so embarrassed in all of my life! I walked into this place, was asked what I needed, I replied, ” I would like a full set ” The guy, ( I would call him a gentleman. THAT, he was NOT ) , told me to sign in and have a seat. I did. He started speaking his Language to another employee. He immediately got up and said to me, “I smell cigarette smoke on you, we can’t serve you.” I said, ” excuse me?” He repeated himself as he was walking to the door to prop it open with a rock. (As if I had contaminated his space. ) I said,”I will take my money elsewhere ” This place was FULL of people . He definitely did not keep this between the two of us. i left there feeling embarrassed, humiliated, belittled, mad and hurt. This is a form of discrimination any way you look at it. I will definitely be looking into what action needs to be taken here, I most certainly do not want anyone else to be humilate as I was. DISCRIMINATING SPA AND NAIL SALON should be their name!
