Small lowkey shop that is clean and feels nice to be in while getting my nails done. The women working here have wonderful energy and they all do a great job at nails. Monique does my nails and when I bring my friends I request for Desiree to do theirs. I will always come back to this spot!

After my experience with this establishment, I feel the need to warn people about avoiding this “business”. Last month, I was scammed by this nail salon when booking an appointment to get my nails done. I booked an appt and moments later received a text message from the business claiming that they was closed for the day. I found this odd since I had a confirmed booking for the day and the hours listed on their page said they would be open. I tried calling multiple times to confirm the message that I received but the calls went unanswered. Thinking that the business was closed, I decided to go elsewhere and did not go to the appointment. 3 hrs later and 30 mins after my appt time passed, I received a 2nd message from them claiming to have sent the first message in error. At this point, they had already charged my card for not showing up to the appointment. I call the salon number again and someone finally picks up. I ask for a refund and the employee refuses and tries to offer “credit” instead. If this was truly a mistake they made that resulted in me missing the appointment, why would they be so reluctant to do the right thing and refund my card? She also tells me that any of her other clients would have just came in anyway after seeing the message saying they were closed. I have never stepped foot in this establishment so how would I know to do that? She tells me if I want a refund to contact their payment system or dispute it with my bank. Fresha does not handle client disputes and it is up to the merchant to refund transactions. I even sent her the instructions directly on their site that lay out how to process a refund. She ignored it and continued to refuse to refund me the money. At this point I decided to dispute it with my bank. Here is where I start to suspect that this was done intentionally.

I walked in to Let’s Talk on a whim and so happy I did. I was immediately greeted with a beautiful energy and they were able to take me right away. My nails turned out exactly as I hoped and overall had a very lovely experience.

My wife had her nails done here and will now only get them done here. Staff are excellent in attention to detail when it comes to nails. They are professional and don’t treat you as an ATM; get you in, rush, and take your money. This place treats you as a person and is interested in making sure you are happy every step in the nail process. Coming here is worth it; if you need your nails.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Completely unprofessional and at this point unnecessary rude. I booked an appointment to repair 2 WEEK old $190 nails that started lifting after 10 days. She has to cancel, ok that’s fine. I ask if they have availability for anyone to fix them the same day. They booked me an appointment, ON MY CREDIT CARD. WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. To an appointment I told them I could not make. THEY HAVE REFUSED TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT AND MY CARD WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE WHEN I DIDN’T EVEN OK THE APPOINTMENT.
