After expressing multiple times that I did not want the technician to go near my tattoos on my legs as I had a bad experience at another laser hair removal spot she ensured me she would not go near them (did not cover them up) but proceeding to do so anyway. Discovered my tattoo was raised and red when I got home. Don’t understand how this could happen when I asked multiple times for her to be extremely careful.
