I’ve been here a few times and have been avoiding it since most of the time my nails start to peel off within a week. I did give it a try again recently because all other salons were full. BIG MISTAKE!! Pictured here is what was supposed to be ombre dip nails. This is absolutely laughable. Except I am out $45 for this horrible work. I immediately went to another salon to get this fixed and they were appalled. They also said she jacked up my tips. Overall, I do NOT recommend their nail services. I did also get a pedicure and the lady who did that did a much better job and definitely knew what she was doing.

We set an appointment, arrived early and still had to wait even though they weren’t busy. Multiple workers just not even paying attention. When we finally were helped the employees were unfriendly and seemed like they didn’t care. When I got my manicure I had to tell the lady multiple times to fix the length and how sharp the corners were. Cuticles weren’t even touched and the mails themselves are still uneven and bumpy (got dip powder). When I was finally finished after it took over an hour for just the manicure I was brought over to the pedicure area where my friend had already started hers. We both got the same pedicure but the lady rushed through mine and I still finished before my friend. The sugar scrub was just placed on my feet not even rubbed in. Again cuticles weren’t touched on my feet and I still have calluses on my feet even though I had paid extra specifically to remove them. We even had to remind her to do the paraffin wax which was included in the pedicure. Came to get a nice mani pedi for my birthday and was met with nothing but disappointment. The prices were different online so we ended up paying for more than expected because the pricing in store is not the same pricing as online. 100% will never come back after this terrible experience.

I went for a 2nd pedicure after 11 days.. figure I will give them another chance since the 1st pedicure was not good at all. And I got the spa pedicure, I am very disappointed. I’ve been coming here for a little over 3 years. I’ve gotten numerous of body massage prenatal & 30 min. Acrylic nails pedicures are my number 1 & my eyebrows. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the people here are genuinely nice. I’ve been recommended to come here when I was pregnant for a massage and never been elsewhere since. Best spa treatments in Norfolk/ Virginia Beach area

I love Letoile! I have been going for several years now, and I feel like the staff are friends. Staff are personable and well-trained and are always eager to please. The massages are wonderful and make all stress disappear. The manicures and pedicures always look lovely and last for a couple of weeks. I truly feel like royalty when I go there and can hardly wait until my next visit!
