I also hadn’t got my eye brows waxed in over 8 years and nancy made me feel comfortable about getting them waxed again and let me just say they look amazing! My husband gets his haircut next door so I thought I would try this place out after a bad experience at another mail shop. Nancy was beyond amazing! She was so sweet and informative! She gave me exactly what I wanted! I also hadn’t got my eye brows waxed in over 8 years and nancy made me feel comfortable about getting them waxed again and let me just say they look amazing! DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP************* I HAD THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!! DURING THE PEDICURE PROCESS, THE LADY OVER FLOWED THE TUB THAT MY FEET WAS IN WITH COLD WATER. SHE CUT MY TOE NAILS COMPLETELY OFF AFTER ASKING HER TO ONLY FILE THEM DOWN JUST A LITTLE. SHE BURNT ME WITH A HOT TOWEL WHILE TRYING TO WRAP MY FEET WITH IT. AT THE SAME TIME I HAD A LADY DOING MY NAILS AND I ASKED HER FOR COFFIN SHAPE NAILS. SHE PROCEED TO TELL ME NO BECAUSE IT WILL BE TOO HARD FOR HER.(WHICH IS FINE) I ASKED FOR SQUARE ROUNDED NAILS AND SHE CONTINUE TO MAKE MY NAILS FLAT. NOT TO MENTION ONE NAIL WAS LEANING TO THE RIGHT WHILE OTHERS WAS LEANING TO THE LEFT. I HAD ACRYLIC SO FAR UP MY NAIL BED IT WAS RIDICULOUS. THE OTHER NAIL SHOP HAD TO TAKE MY NAILS OFF THAT THEY HAD JUST PUT ON BC IT WAS DONE SEVERELY INCORRECTLY……. I HAD THEM QUIT THE SERVICE AND PAID FOR WHAT WAS ACTUALLY DONE AND WENT TO ANOTHER LOCATION BECAUSE THEY TRULY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO NAILS. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT, PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW NOT TO GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO A DOG.
