Massage Therapist
Cupping / Sports Cupping
Cupping utilizes suction to metabolize stagnant muscle by-products and deliver blood flow and healing to a targeted area. Benefits include pain relief, reduced scar tissue, increased range of motion, and increased performance, as well as many others.		$75.00

Facilitated Stretching
Facilitated Stretching increases flexibility, decreases injury risk, and increases performance. Done on an exercise mat, or on the massage table, Facilitated Stretching can be incorporated during a massage session, or done as an independent session. The massage therapist will take the client through a series of both passive and active stretches. Based on flexibility limitations or imbalances detected during the session, the client can be given a recommended list of stretches to do independently.		$40.00

Reiki
1 hour relaxing meditation session that utilizes Reiki, which is an ancient Japanese technique for healing. Reiki calls upon universal life force energy or chi to aid in relaxation, stress reduction and increased emotional and physical well being.		$75.00
Sports Cupping
Cupping uses suction to draw out stagnant muscle by products, in order to allow delivery of new blood flow and oxygen and to speed recovery. Perfect for athletes and active individuals who want to increase performance.		$45.00
Swedish Massage
A relaxing full body massage that helps relieve stress and tension. Swedish massage is performed on a massage table, using modest draping techniques to keep the client warm and comfortable. The table can be warmed and the therapist uses oil or massage cream. Swedish massage improves circulation, reduces blood pressure and lowers heart rate, as well as countless other benefits.		$80.00
Thai Massage
Thai Massage is a deeply relaxing, yet invigoration massage that incorporates yoga-like stretches and pressure point work. It is done on the floor, on a mat or futon. The participant is fully clothed and no oil or massage cream is used. Thai Massage increases flexibility and reduces stress as well as countless other benefits.		$80.00
Therapeutic Deep Tissue
A therapeutic massage that realigns fascial tissue to reduce muscle tension, injury and pain. The therapist may utilize hand, forearm and elbow techniques to achieve desired pressure. Deep tissue massage increases range-of-motion in muscles and joints and helps optimize movement patterns for everyday activities, as well as increases sports performance for exercisers and athletes.		$85.00
