i went in on time to get a regular mani and they started mine 30 minutes late. once she finally began, it was obvious i wasn’t an important client for her by the effort she was putting into my nails. if i have an appointment and i’m paying, i expect to be treated the same way as those older than me. by the end, she slapped on a thick layer and rushed away. the edges are all messed up and i left disappointed.

Good service is hit or miss. The woman running the front desk doesn’t schedule properly and makes appointments wait between 15-45 minutes. She packs everyone in like sardines and tells everyone a 5 minute wait. My third time with this poor experience and my time is more important. Too many other great salons that respect appointment times in the area.

Critical: ProfessionalismI moved to CH last year and found this place by the great reviews online. The salon is clean and everyone is friendly. It took a few tries before I found a nail technician that I really liked and for the last year and a half I have gone to her every 3 weeks for my pedicures and manicures. She does a phenomenal job and the others I’ve had there are nice but I haven’t liked my nails when they do them. Because of this I always make my appointments well in advance and take the time they offer scheduling my work day around it. Three times now, THREE, I have driven the 30 minutes for my appointment for them to tell me my preferred technician isn’t there. Not once have they called me to warn me or reschedule. They let me get all the way there and choose my colors before telling me. The first time I get it, mistakes happen, the second, okay we are in a. pandemic stuff happens. The third is the final straw. Don’t take appointments for people that are on vacation. The total disrespect for my time is a deal breaker. Had an appointment at 5. Didn’t get started until 5:38 to ask me what color and then walked away. Still hadn’t seen her ten minutes later so I just walked out because I’ve been waiting so long that it’s ridiculous. DONT GIVE AN APPOINTMENT AR A CERTAIN TIME IF YOURE NOT GOING TO HONOR THAT TIME!!!

I really like the nail technicians here. The employees are incredibly patient and thorough. I am Vietnamese and have trouble finding salons I am comfortable with, since sometimes people get judgmental when they don’t realize I speak the language. Here at Le’s, everyone is super sweet and tries their best to make the customer happy even when they are tired. Can’t ask for much more 🙂 also, the salon is clean, relaxing, and unpretentious. A+
