I havent been to this place in years and so glad i returned i needed my nails done with an overlay on my hands and also got a pedicure and polish my technician LEE did such an amazing job especially my pedicure massage the best hands down ive been going else where well not no more LEE has a permanent client for life .. thank MS.LEE for such an amazing job and the relaxation see you soon

This was my first time getting a pedicure and acrylic set here. And honestly was not pleased with the way both came out my nails look very botched they didn’t get the color right even though I told her what color and had only 4 ladies working there on a weekend. If your going I highly recommend being very specific as to what you want and being very picky or else they won’t get your nails right. Also bring cash as it’s cheaper if u pay with cash. Prices on their menu are not what they charge so point that out when u go menu said $35 for acrylic set with card and they charged me $45. I think if it’s your first time getting your nails done go to a nail tech they will do a better job because they can understand you more and they take their time to get it right just the way u want it. The last picture is how I wanted my nails and first ones are how it came out. 🙁 Honestly don’t waste your money here go to a nail tech !!!! Or maybe Jessica Nails and Spa or the one by Ross in Ventura or maybe Encore if your looking for a spa instead of a nail tech. But I think Nail Tech is the best option !!!

Critical: ProfessionalismWoman refused to fill my nails and insisted i get a brand new full set. Cut all my nails without asking me, almost to the point they bled. filled my nails down so that they hurt to the touch. did not listen to my instructions about how i wanted them to be done and overcharged me. My daughter had her nails done last Saturday. They already chipped off. Told that she had to wait for the lady who first did her nails. Still with over 45 minutes. We’re never giving this place are business again people to work there are very rude.

This has probably been the worst place I have been to. The guy who is doing nails over there doesn’t understand a thing to tell him. I went in for a gel fill set. First he made the nails so thin because he was to lazy and file my nails. Then didn’t cover my thumb fully with acrylic powder. Then he started to paint my nails and wasn’t painting the nails fully and when I pointed it out to him he put another layer but got the nail polish on the skin around my nails and after I was done and my nails dried he didn’t bother spraying my hands or putting any lotion on. I had to ask him for lotion on my way out. You definitely don’t get what your paying for here!!
