I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I’m a very patient person, I got my nails done yesterday, and they were painted white. Now a day later they’ve turned brown?! What?! On top of that the two women who did my feet and nails cut my cuticles too far and literally cut me! Both of them! So I was bleeding from my nails and toes. I had high hopes for them but no.

Wanted a French tip acrylic done. I asked for a refill since I had a red and gold one previously. Since my other nail place used a red acrylic on my pinky and thumb and white on the other fingers. Once the nail tech realized that she first attempted to sand the red right down to my nail bed (btw hurts as hell) so I just said I’ll do white for those instead. She puts a clear acrylic ontop of the red and white and once we get to the French tip parts, says she can’t do it, but says “I explained to you that to do French tips we needed to remove the old set” (so maybe she was gonna sand all of it off which could lead to dammage!!) She’d not explain that….so I’m arguing she did not explain that or I would have just gotten a new set! I was frustrated and cried a lil cause they were raising their voice (or sternly talking). These guys have no customer service skills and do not explain anything at all! Worst place I’ve ever been to. Not to mention the fix (pink then white) wasn’t even done that well!

The lady who was doing my pedicure cut my toe nail and it started bleeding and she saw it was getting irritated and she kept trying to cut it more. It didn’t stop bleeding but towards the end it did. I got done with the pedicure and I got home and then ran a couple errands and my toe began to hurt, ache even. I got to the car looked down at my toe and it was watery from where the lady cut my nail. Hours have passed max my toe is still aching. I will have to go to the doctors to get it checked out because my toe is in so much pain and it is swollen and red.
