Took my daughter for our mommy and daughter date to get our nails done. She got a manicure and pedicure. They lady cut her cuticles too much and she was bleeding. Her nails were a mess the lady was rushing between my daughter and another client to hurry up and get done. It almost feels like a sweat shop in there. The lady that did my pedicure was very nice. But she couldn’t get my French tips straight they turned out messy and the acetone kept burning my skin every time she would use it. I told her it burns and she would just say ok burns. And keep doing it. Horrible experience. After my daughters manicure and our pedicure I watched while customers kept coming in and place got super busy. They were helping people randomly and super rushed. They lack organizational skills and could use better customer care. I sat in the chair for 40 more minutes waiting for my turn to get a full set of acrylics done. It was such a crowded and rushed environment and nowhere for my daughter to sit. So we left.

I had a dip powder service yesterday. Removed old and new dip. The removal was very messy with her leaving my old polish all over my hand until I asked her to remove it! She also put several coats of polish instead of the normal 2 or 3. The dip service was not done in a normal method. Dip and gel process were mixed together. The final look is very wavy. I still have nail polish on my skin.

i had a child pedicure and an adult pedicure scheduled for 12:00. we got there a few minutes early, we were told to sit in our chairs and wait. but they did not start on the child pedicure till 12:20 and they didn’t start on my adult pedicure until 12:45. for the child they gave her a design we did not ask for. my pedicure was rushed and done in about 20 minutes. the lady who did my nails clipped them super short and didn’t file or shape them. she rushed painting them and missed the sides of my nails. when it was time to pay they tried to charge me for the design we didn’t ask for and they were trying to charge me for two adult pedicures. super unfriendly and unprofessional.

I neevr go a nail salon more than a couple times and I’ve been coming here for few months and I won’t ever go anywhere else. Tin is wonderful and always does an amazing job! He always makes sure I love my nails. If they get broken he always makes time to fix them. I don’t mind paying a little more for an excellent job every time. I would definitely recommend this shop to friends.

For starters don’t get me wrong they do excellent nails, but they think since they do good nails they can be rude. They are mean over the phone and mean when they are doing your nails, until you are ready to pay they become a little nice. I’ve been here twice just to see if it was just maybe one of those days, but they were rude the second time as well. Especially the manager
