The husband didn’t know how to do it so I had to switch after my friend got done, which is unprofessional, when I switched I notice when I get home they had done two different shades of pink. For 10 years old, the place looked great. My pedicure and manicure were very thorough. And the upgrade to the pedicure felt wonderful. 3 days after I have a two slightly sore spots on my finger and one on a toe , I imagine cuticles too closely cropped. Pat was happy, we will likely go back.

Overall experience was not good a good one. To begin with, it took me a whole hour to get seated, and there were many available staff members who could do my nails at the time. There was miscommunication and confusion about what my nails were going to look like. My nails were being treated roughly and at some points they actually hurt from the manicure. The price was good, but I don’t feel like the quality was as good as the price.

I will never go back. I have been a loyal customer for several years, but their service has gone down hill. There are three good techs there and the other ones are terrible. My Nexgen Dip usually lasts almost three weeks before I need to get them redone. Lately, I have gone back twice because they chip within the first week. (And they charged me to fix them!!!) Ben is a nice person but not a good nail tech. He is always in a hurry and does a poor job. There is another girl, “T”, who is not good either. The left handed lady who does manicures and pedicures is terrible too. Again, there are three good techs there… if you’re lucky to get them. I won’t go back.
