Usually this place does not disappoint but I was extremely disappointed this time. Danny is so sweet and always does an amazing job on my pedicure. He takes his time and does an amazing massage. As for my full set, I will never get another set here again. I showed a reference picture of exactly what I wanted and got the complete opposite. The lady who did my my nails was kind but also kept arguing with me about my shape. I told her a few times I wanted straight, she insisted it was and I end up with this round mess. Then I received the worst french tips I have ever seen. I ended up paying and then coming back because I paid way too much money, I was so upset and it was my birthday. Luckily another man redid them and they were way better but still nothing like what I wanted originally. I see so many great reviews of full sets so I don’t know why mine turned out so bad. The staff is very kind and I’ve always gotten great pedis, but that’s all i’ll be getting from here from now on.

He is the only technician I have ever fully trust to do my nails. He is very gentle, sweet and fun to talk to. He is a perfectionist so my nails always come out looking PERFECT. I have been going to Jack for about 4 years now, when he opened this salon with his family there was no question I was going to visit. He is the only technician I have ever fully trust to do my nails. He is very gentle, sweet and fun to talk to. He is a perfectionist so my nails always come out looking PERFECT. Come here!!! After getting recommendations from friends, seeing all the good reviews, & the promotions, I had to go. They just opened about a little over a month ago too. The staff is friendly & the salon is modern, kept very clean, & organized. I made an appointment with Jack for a fill in & I’m so happy with these short & simple nails. He did exactly what I asked for & exceeded my expectations 🙂

This was the worst nail salon I have ever been to. If I could give this place negative stars I would. My friends and I went here to celebrate finals being over and it was a mistake. We had made an appointment and had to wait to be seated which is fine and understandable. I had requested a normal manicure and received garbage. I was rushed and in and out of that chair in 10 minutes. They didn’t cut my cuticles and did an awful paint job, it looks like a child did it. The filing job was botched and I had to fix it when I got home. One of the employees that was working on my friend was talking about her in Vietnamese, me being Vietnamese you’d think they’d know better but I guess not. She was making fun her of nail beds and cuticles which is highly rude and offensive. Needless to say they did awful on all of our nails leaving us extremely upset and disappointed. With all the good reviews on here we expected better especially for the outrageous prices. We will never be returning here and telling everyone about our awful experience.

Usually this place is spot on. Last week I went and got my nails done on Labor Day. By Tuesday 1 had chipped by Wednesday I had to call and go in and get two nails fixed. On Thursday I was in there again for another nail chipped on a different nail. Here I am over week later, my nails look terrible chipped all over and of course I tried to call to make an appointment to just get a whole new set because at this point they have wasted my time and I’m sure my usual nail tech is back from vacation. To my surprise they have blocked my calls due to THEIR poor service by one of their techs. Nonetheless they don’t deserve your time or money. Their shaping is off by at-least 80% of their techs as well as the lack of knowledge on how to stay update with trendy designs and styles. Hannah (furthest to the left when you enter) is a decent tech and I enjoy her pedicures most of all, that is where she really shows her skills. I would most likely not spend my hard earned money here again due there being better salons in the area where you do not have to wager if your nails will be a nice quality when they are completed. Save yourself the nuisance of having to get multiple nails repaired and go somewhere else.

Scheduled an appointment here for two people. They got us in at the right time. Pedicure we okay, the gentle man that did my friends was great and very diligent. The lady that did mine was not. Did not clean my cuticles well, and I felt rushed the whole time. Walked out with my toe nails looking wrecked even after getting the higher paying pedi. I got Dip powder done on my nails, and within a few days they were already lifting and chipping! I don’t usually post reviews but definitely felt that paying $215 for two manis and pedis I should not have had them popping off within a week. If you decide to go make sure you ask for a man to do your nails. My friends nails looked amazing and lasted our whole vacation, unlike my short dip nails.

No designs??? really??? We just left this place because they told my daughter they only do plain nails and no designs. When my daughter was scrolling through designs online to see what they can do, she was then told they dont look at anything online and told my daughter to use her brain and tell them what she wants! When my daughter then said, well well I dont know what I want now, the lady at the shop literally said and I quote “bye”.
