Look at my cuticles and dried hands and decide for yourself. I did Mini, Pedi and eyebrows….Ms L** did not touch my cuticles just clipped my nails and a little filing. I didn’t want to embarrass her so I paid and left. I didn’t get very far and I decided to call back to talk about the botched manicure. I was told to come back in and I did. Ms L** removed about 75% of the cuticles and dead skin underneath. And I just know she wears glasses. She wasn’t wearing them when she attended to me. Fast forward to 5 hours later, the nail polish on my toes never dried. It is sticky like tacky glue. I’m not going to talk about how rough she was with my eyebrows. I would like to try the spa again but I would hate for that to happen again. Today’s job was a waste of money. More…it’s now 12 hours later, the nail polish on my toes is still sticky….I don’t know what she put on my toes but this is not nail polish.

My first time at this business was about a week ago and I now have a cracked nail ! Nails do not last from this place. For a basic color and set you pay close to $50 +, and for it to break? Let me also mention the nail tech was very moody and didn’t communicate with me about anything regarding my nails. I had to ask her name as she didn’t greet me either. Sophie or Sofia was her name and she was more concerned about her cell phone messages than taking pride in her work. The atmosphere was blah yet fancy but the quality of nails was what lacks and needs improvement. Let me also mention be prepared for a 2hr nail appointment because they take their sweet time by wasting yours. I am definitely choosing a nail salon where the nails last !! I have attached pictures of my nails taken in my car immediately following nail appointment and posted pictures of a week later how the nails look.

I didn’t see a place where I could update my original post but I wanted to at least make an edit. After the owner commented on my review, I called the salon and was able to come in the same day to get my nails fixed. I appreciate their customer service and their willingness to rectify the situation. If I were to ever go back or recommend a tech, I would definitely choose Jenny!! She was so patient and took her time fixing a mistake that wasn’t even hers.

Very disappointing for my first experience. The young guy that’s there did my nails, he was so in a rush and almost took my nail off. My finger nail started bleeding, meanwhile he’s still pressing to get my broken acrylics off. I had to yank my hand away. My nails are uneven and sloppy looking. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid $85 for a refill and 3 broken nails and this ugly design….beautiful place but they need more practice ♀️

Critical: QualityWent to this establishment yesterday evening to get a pedicure and manicure. My toe polish is bumpy and not even the color I requested. In all my years, that expand several decades, of getting my nails professionally serviced, I have never experienced a polish job that was done so poorly. I mentioned to the technician that the color was not the same, she did not add a top coat, and she did not provide the massage that was to be included in the package I purchased. She simply said yes I did without even looking. The color on my fingers is the color I requested. I had an event the next day I was going to wear open toed shoes, I had to change the whole outfit because these toes were not presentable to be on display. Not a professional end product at all. Very disappointed with the finish product. In all my years, that expand several decades, of getting my nails professionally serviced, I have never experienced a polish job that was done so poorly. Despite the time it took and the fact that this salon could use some upgrades, I am going to give this place a 5 star. We visited Columbia Mall with no intentions of looking for a nail salon but my recent gel manicure looked so bad I was willing to try anyone open. I give grace to the fact that alot of places has suffered severely due to the Pandemic. There was only 4 techs available yesterday but they asked if I could wait.

David is who usually does my nails and he does exceptionally well and listens. Recently, David was off work so I had to go to the new guy there. The guy did a good job, overall, but my french tips started to chip a day after my visit. I called and went back for him to fix them, but he just filed around the chippings and sent me right back out the door. They are still chipping to say the least. It has now become apparent to me that I just like who I like doing my nails. I am a regular at this nail salon and love it! I have enjoyed my experience here for the most part. David is who usually does my nails and he does exceptionally well and listens. Recently, David was off work so I had to go to the new guy there. The guy did a good job, overall, but my french tips started to chip a day after my visit. I called and went back for him to fix them, but he just filed around the chippings and sent me right back out the door. They are still chipping to say the least. This place is not good. Had a pedicure and it was a mess. They used gel topcoat but didn’t set it with the light. It stayed sticky for 2 days. I never asked for a gel pedicure so took awhile to realize what happened. It made me question whether the person was actually trained. She was also completely unfamiliar with how to use the tools. The cuticle tool was just tapped on my nail. She didn’t know how to use it. Save your money.
