My sister and I went here to get our nails done for my wedding. It was an awful experience. Unfortunately the place is understaffed, and we didn’t know that before we agreed to getting a mani and pedi. Both woman that worked on our nails also worked on a few other customers while we were there. Their juggling between customers caused us to be there for almost 3 hours. And it ended up turning out horribly for both of us. We showed photos of what we expected and what we ended up getting was trash. Not only were the quality of nails poor, their customer service was even worse. I’m not trying to slander their business, I just wish that they had more respect for their customers, they were also rude to one another which was really off putting. It was not cleanly and the pedi water was cold.

Do not take your money here. I have never experience a salon SO RUDE. They are downright mean and not friendly at all. The woman told me to sit and did not speak a word to me, yanked on my arms when she needed them, had a mean look on her face e the entire time. I would smile at her and NOTHING. At the end when I went to pay, the only words she said to me were “you tip?”. RUDEST people ever.

Really great experience yesterday. The technician was very kind and gentle. Toes look great!! Another time I brought 4 other people with me to get services (2 were young children) and we all had a great experience. Lots of laughs, super kind to the kids, and professional atmosphere. We didn’t have to wait long to be seen either. They just called my cellphone when they were ready to take all 5 of us!

Critical: QualityI got deep in on Sunday paid $50 and in three days my nails started to chip and I didn’t even do anything. When I get deep in usually it last 4 weeks. Very poor quality!!!

This place does not deserve any stars. I ave been coming to this location for years only because I live 5 minutes from the mall. For a year now, I’ve stopped going. I would go for a pedicure from one lady who is bubbly. Other than that, the customer service is poor. The manager is rude and dismissive at times. I went there two days ago, which was officially my last day going there, to get a full set ( acrylic). I wanted to take the ones I had on off and get a new set. The lady starts to cut down the nail and attempts to peel it off like a banana peel. It was painful and yelled ouch. I asked her if this was the normal way to do this because I am new to wearing nails and she said she could dip it but it takes longer. I said yes! please do, especially if it is safer, don’t you at least care for my nails safety? .. silence. The lady proceeded to continuously ask me what I am getting after I had signed in and said full set and another co worker told her I wanted a full set and after I had told her I wanted a full set 2 times. She asks me if I want to get powder then says if I get powder I cant get a full set….? why ask me that when I said I want a full set. The workers are highly lazyyy. They do not care if you are a loyal customer and tip. I went to Bliss Nail Spa at the Wilde Lake Village Center. They were wayyy more polite and professional. I never plan on returning to Le’s nail salon even if they offered to do my nails for free. I have other friends who live around the area who have also stopped coming due to the staff being rude and inattentive and its evident in the small amount of people I see in the shop when I walk by that they have lost many customers

Came in one week ago for a full set. Today my nail popped off while I was sitting in my car not doing anything. I go to have nail replaced. The woman who replaced my nail stood at the sink as I was telling her I needed my nail fixed. After staring for a while she says she is no longer working (though she remained in the shop the entire time it took to wait and get my nail fixed) older woman begins to fix my nail. I notice her technique is not the same for a coffin nail but I allow her to finish assuming she should be able to complete nail. After filing I show her the nails are not the same and I want the coffin shape to resemble the nails I have. She repeatedly says she will file shorter while I repeatedly advise her that the length is not the problem it’s the shape. She inserts I should go to the same person. I tell her as a nail tech she should be able to provide the service the customer is paying for. After three attempts she still fails to make a coffin nail, does not paint the nail nicely and is very dismissive. I STILL paid for the service. She leaves my money on the counter and walks away. As I think about it immediately after I leave I turn around and request that it be done over. They tell me I need to wait because now they’re “busy”. Do not waste your time at this establishment. Rude and unaccommodating. I only came last week because I was in the area and I came back to have nail done by the sane person / salon to avoid being pressured to get a new set due to shady business salons practice over competition. We must stop patronizing businesses that disregard us and don’t provide optimal service to paying customers. I won’t ever return. My nail looks ridiculous. Maybe if I’d been belligerent and irate I’d have better results. Instead I’ll bring awareness to others as word of mouth is one of the most effective ways to hurt them in the only place they care.. their pockets. Don’t spend your money here.

Let me first say Sydney is the best one there… by far! Only. Go. To. Sydney. I typically get gel fill ins. She takes great care in doing my nails. She doesn’t make you wait a long time if you make an appointment. She makes sure the shape is right, the polish is great, and I feel fabulous every time I leave. Sydney is 5 stars, without a doubt; but, I’m giving the salon 4 stars because it could be a bit cleaner and I think the other staff could be a little nicer. There’s also been multiple times where I pick a color from the nail samples and then they don’t have it, which makes me sad. Otherwise… Sydney is the best!

THE WORST NAIL SALON EVER! My GEL polished chipped on my toes and acrylic set after 1 DAY. All of my nails are uneven and the picture I showed the lady of what I wanted I did not get.
