I normally walk in and pick my nail color. This time as I was going to pick out my color the owner David insisted I pick my color from a tablet with different colored finger nails on it and the corresponding color number. I have never picked out a color from this tablet. I asked for a pedicure and the decided to get a manicure. So I picked out my color not realizing ( and the owner did not tell me ) the colors picked out from the tablet are gel colors and it would cost more. So I spoke to his wife that I was not informed gel would cost more by her husband. She spoke to him in their language and she just told me that I had used a gel color and that cost more. I was very disappointed in how I was duped in spending more money.I also witnessed two other women walk in and they went to pick out the nail color not from the gel walk and the owner said no sit down and pick from here ( the tablet) the women didn’t do as he asked and went to pick out their nail color that was cheaper than the gel and just as good. Beware clients on how he (David) tries to get you to spend more. Thank God I had brought more money to pay for the extra unknown charge. It’s wrong that I was not given a lesser charge after my complaint. So I will no Longer come here. For future clients please ask for the charges before getting any work done.

I learned about this shop from a friend of mine and im SO happy she told me about Jennifer!! She has done my nails since September and did my wedding nails az well! She’s a blessing! I have NEVER been able to keep my acrylics looking good for more than 2 weeks. They have usually chipped and/or started deteriorating, but since Jenn has started doing my nails, I seriously get them done ONCE A MONTH now. They look fantastic from the time I walk out to the time I go back in. I’m truly amazed. They also have plexiglass up AND the machines that sanitize their equipment unlike most of the local shops. The color selection is HUGE and Jenn is also incredibly talented when it comes to nail art!!! Just see the photo below!!

it was fine at first then the shape was bad and everytime i asked her to fix it she just made it worse and the color is not how i expected it to be when i saw it on the color options and my friend also got hers done and they were super messy Acrylic nails

Horrible customer service. I called in earlier to make an appointment at 7 pm knowing they closed at 8. I got there 10 minutes to prior to the app. I got attended till 8pm and Jenny the person who did my nails was mad because they had so many people. I understand that you can be mad because you have to stay after closing however I did call in to make an appointment to Avoid this whole situation. She was pulling and tugging me the whole time and had a mad face the whole time. I’m not to complain about pulling and tugging but this was extreme. Plus other peOple coming in she would give them attitude and tell them she’s going home. Honestly will never come back here again. Only reason it has a star is because I cant choose none.

Just got my nails done here . There was no body here . I was the only customer that came to get my nails done . Jenny did my nails and she was horrible ! She rushed me and had didn’t even check how she cut the nails . She cut my finger while at it to make things worse. She was unfriendly and seemed as if she hated her job . My nails are all different sizes and then when she put nail polish on the first finger I automatically asked her to stop and if I can change nail polish instead and she ignored me and kept putting it on . This was my first time here and my last . Do yourself a favor never come here !!! I rather go to the nail salon by the 99cent store off of Channel Islands and Ventura rd ! They fixed my nails and I finally got what I wanted !!

Came in, well I’m still here haha best service I’ve had. I haven’t got my nails done in a good 6 years because everywhere i would go i always get cut and it stings SO bad. David took his time with my acrylics and was so nice! Peter did my feet and took his time aswell. Definitely recommend this place. I will be coming back

I asked for something like the 3rd up pedi. I have one section of my foot that gets an enormous callus over a very short period of time. I don’t know why, but I get my feet done about every 3-4 weeks. I was concerned when I read over their prices. Each level added a level of callus removal. Calluses should be removed on the very basic pedi or at least all the ones I’ve ever gone to do. So! I paid for this upper level nearly certain that I would get my callus removed. However, they spent a whopping 30 seconds working on that callus. I was not impressed. I also was hurt pretty badly (I was bleeding from one toe) and then after the work, I got an ingrown. I won’t be returning. The only reason I’m giving them 2-stars is that they were at least courteous. Personally, I’d recommend Harbor Nail & Salon. The only reason I didn’t see Hue that day was because she was booked and I simply couldn’t get in. I picked Le’s because it was on the way to somewhere I was going and I ducked in there. Le is very nice though and maybe it was just a bad day. Still, first impressions are everything.

Would not go again. It’s hard to speak to them and they always tell you different prices and also nails fall off in less than a week. Also I’m not much of a germaphobe but the guy that I did my nails with kept rubbing his nose and had mucus and was still touching my hands.

Don’t go here!!! Jessica was rude, there was a misunderstanding of what i wanted. When i pointed it out to Jessica she got frustrated. She had Sam, another guy do my nails. Sam was ok, just didnt like how thin they came out. And the white tips on my thumbs were so much smaller than the rest of my nails. Overall i did not have a nice experience here. It was my first time here and i will not be coming back!

This was my go to salon. I liked the pricing and stuff but not too long ago I wanted to get my nails done and I waited two hours but I just ended walking out. The staff where just laughing and giggling. I remember it was a Wednesday night. I had never in my life waited that long. I ain’t going back
