Just started using this mail place first experience was nice. Second was horrible! A child polished my toes and the guy who did my nails did not do a great job. I immediately paid but let them know I was not satisfied. The lady said come back tomorrow when Kim is here. I took pics of my nails went back next day which was 6-13-22 and when I walked in kim helped me I let her look at my nails and toes and she agreed they were not their usual work and said I fix for u. Mind u there is another lady who walk in and said oh I was here a few days ago and my polish bubbled up. They fixed it and did not charge her. Yet when I thanked Kim and was leaving I was to your total is 30 dollars? For?!moral of the story I just wanted my nails fixed I had paid 50dollars on 6-12-22 for refill and toes polished. Lost what would have been a long time customer.

A friend and I went and it was such a awful experience never will I go back I asked for gel polish on my toes and she completely ignored me which was fine I got past that well when I went to do my nails the man had no clue what he was doing everyone in there were clueless he cut my hand with his buffer multiple times and failed to mention he couldn’t do the design I showed him after he finished my base coat. He also told me to come back two different times and the lady would be in so I did both times and she was there neither times and the third time I came back he finally informed me that she was off

One of the employees said that I needed one the other employee refused to do it said just get the polish chAnge rudely . I felt that they didn’t want to do my refill bcuz they were ready to go home. One of the employees said that I needed one the other employee refused to do it said just get the polish chAnge rudely . I felt that they didn’t want to do my refill bcuz they were ready to go home.
