Whenever I book an appointment I am never see at the time of my appointment but after this week I am officially done with this place after giving them so many chances. I have been noticing a pattern but I at first I thought I was wrong but after today I can’t deny it anymore. I booked me the manager but I guess she doubled booked. Instead of taking me she rather take the white lady although, I pleaded with her that I had a wedding to attend. She tried to push me off to someone else that was obviously busy. The white lady was nice enough to tell her that it’s fine if I go first but I didn’t feel fine giving her my business anymore. This wasn’t the first time it happened and I am very disappointed in their customer service bc I use to always spend good money with them although every time that they did my nails, it was never glued on right and I always loose a nail. Take your hard money somewhere else for better customer service

I have been coming to this nail salon for 9 + years. Always pleased with the services that are provided for me. I have never experienced any racism, discrimination or any other issues that have been previously mentioned in a review.. I will continue to use this nail salon moving forward. Not only did we call ahead to make sure there was no wait for an appointment, we got there at 6:45 and weren’t taken until 7:30. Did my nails a while back for the first time, they were a cute nail inspo i had seen in Pinterest! I came here and they did a fantastic job, they looked exactly like the inspo!! 🙂

They get a 2 for being nice and for taking ceedit cards. Other than that, they’re unsanitary, and they do a terrible job at cutting, filing and painting nails. My gel nails look like they were done by a 10 yr old. Very disappointed.

Went to this salon because of all the great reviews it had. However, my nails look like I painted them myself. I gave a picture of a BASIC design. It was very poorly executed.I asked for a shiny finish because the picture had matte…I left with a matte finish. I still gave a good tip because the staff was friendly, but I’m not going to a nail salon to make friends.

Ok so 3rd time I’ve came here and not happy. This time my nails literally fell off within the 1st week. Who wants to pay $45+ and have there nails not even last 2 wks+. Not recommended at all. I’m giving it 2 stars because the owners is a sweetheart and she knows how to do eyebrows! Acrylic nails
