Today marks the last day that I come to this salon. I’ve been a loyal customer for the past 4 years, this is why it makes me sad. The nail tech removed my cuticles and had my nails prepped nicely for the color, when I requested to test out the color first, I had two shades and was not sure which one I wanted. She tried it on herself, I asked her if she can try it on me because I have a “different” skin-tone when she refused and aggressively said: “Do it yourself!” I told the manager that I want someone else to do the job, and I mentioned that I don’t mind waiting since I saw it was a full house! I was about to explain what happened when he said “If you don’t like this place you can go somewhere else”.

I used to get my nails done here regularly about 3 years ago. I decided to stop by again and made an appointment well in advance since I would be coming in at the end of the day on a holiday weekend. The service has definitely changed. I walked in and no one said a word to me. I awkwardly stood at the front desk so that I could check-in for a long while before anyone came to help me. While I waited, I noticed everyone else who came in after me was greeted as soon as they walked through the door and asked if they needed help. I ended up waiting a little over 30 minutes even though I’d had an appointment. I was the last one left waiting even though people came in after me. My nails looked OK but the nail tech did skip some finishing steps. I was also overcharged. I won’t be back.

The nail tech that did my nails was very rude. He was talking in his own language with another girl and they were laughing. I will never go back there again. Never said thank you for a generous tip. Never said goodbye when I was leaving.

Technician didn’t wear gloves. I’m not sure that the tools were sterilized. My finger bled and she just wiped it with a paper towel and set the towel aside. What if I had a bloodborne illness

This place was amazing, my friend and I both had Brian. The level of detail and precision that went into our nails is the best I have ever seen. I got the ombre dip in Color 14, which was a mint green. My friend got acrylic coffin shape in a dark purple color, which I didn’t get the name of. But I will definitely will come here again!

It was my friend and I’s first time coming to this place and it’s safe to say it’ll be out our last. I had called and booked an appointment two days in advance for full acrylic sets. I made them aware I have a friend coming with me and we would like to be sat together (it was her first time all together getting her nails ever done! So I wanted to not only chat with her but help her decide on styles, shape or color if needed). Immediately we were sent to wash our hands and pick a color. We chose our colors and were told to separate. They asked me to sit in another room from my friend. I was confused because we specifically had asked to be placed together over the phone. All the employees attacked us and told us it was not possible because each station has different stuff. We were ready to leave but then magically they decided the stations could allow us to be sat next to each other. The nail techs were yelling at us the whole time and did not give us the colors we asked for but changed it. At one point my friend was told “think with your mind” after she asked her tech for his opinion on what nail color would match nice for French tips. My technician even defended him and told me to tell my friend to stop asking for advice from them and I explained to her that it was her first time and she wanted their ideas or opinions. I see nothing wrong with my friend asking, but a lot with both technicians snapping. At the end of it, we didn’t even get the correct shape we asked for (square, narrow and short) we got just square. My technician left glue and excess paint all over my nails and fingers. She told me to just wash it with water at home instead of cleaning it off for me. Super disappointed. After all, my friend and I were the ones paying for good service that we never received.
