Made an appointment by phone for myself and 3 friends for 11am and we didn’t get called for our appointment until 11:40. We sat with our feet in water for over a half hour before we were even helped. One of us was overlooked and others were helped who came in after us. She had her feet soaking for over 40 minutes. By the time we were done with our pedicures they realized they didn’t take care of her. They gave her a rushed, fast painting of the toes and did not apologize for not taking care of her. As we paid, I was yelled at by the door that I didn’t pay when I just paid for myself and the other who didn’t get hers done when we all did. Complete and utter hot mess and no discount for the mistake THEY made. Never ever again will I set foot in this place. They had us pay way more than what we should have.

Made an appointment… got here and still had to wait 40 minutes before even being seated. They originally put me in a pedicure chair that was wobbling on the floor and didn’t even have the massage feature. Finally moved me to another chair and I sat with my feet in the water for another 40 minutes and still was not taken care of. I got up and put my shoes on to THEN be recognized that I still hadn’t been done. Meanwhile my 3 other friends were done by this point. Ended up just getting a polish change…then charged me 33 dollars.

Had to pamper myself. As always Le’s was great! Had a spa Pedi with gel polish, a full set with gel polish, and brows waxed. All at a reasonable price! They’re usually packed and today was no exception, but they got me in fast!

If my nails looked any way similar to what I asked for I would have been satisfied. Kim and Le gives the best pedicures for my feet. Don’t sleep on Chao, Shawn, and Johnny they are all really good! My nails are on point every time, I love it! I don’t go anywhere else!

We had a 10:00 pedicure appointment. They put us in our chairs right when we got there, but with no communication and it now 10:45, we had to leave. They never even checked on our water, which had gotten cool by that time. The massage chairs could also use some updating. Seems like they take on way more clients than they can handle. This was on a Saturday, so a middle of the week appointment might work out better. If you have a scheduled day, I would not recommend it, since even making an appointment doesn’t seem to matter.
