I recently moved to Marshall and I wanted to try a new place for nails. I was in for a pedicure and full set. It took two hours. I’ve never gone anywhere else where it has taken so much time to do a full set and pedicure. By the time I left my back was hurting. With as much time as it took, I feel like my nails should’ve been perfect. Idk the man’s name who did them, but he was grinding underneath the nail and ground off part of the nail and I can now see through my “white tips.” He tried to fix it, ground off more of the white nail and basically tried to make it even rather than just filing it correctly. I can also see the air bubbles in the polish. They’re also overpriced which was super disappointing. According to the website where I chose my services and booked my appointment, white tips are $48 and the pedi was $37. I should’ve only been charged $85. I was charged $104. For mistakes. Pretty disappointed and realizing I should’ve stuck with my old salon and made the drive to Jackson instead.

Both the lady and the fella did not do what was paid for. Bought the best pedicure they offer. No leg massaging just a weak slap of cream wiped on the legs for about 30 seconds each. Feet weren’t manicured in any way at all. They didn’t even file the nails. Just painted the toe nails and sent me on my way. Very shocked to have this type of treatment from a salon in Marshall!

Like another recent review I gave this place a few chances, but today was my last visit! The pedicure I received today was one of the worst I’ve ever had…I’ve lived in 12 states the past 25 years (I used to travel for work), so that says a lot! While there I noticed she trimmed the nail shape of my toes all different, some square and some rounded, plus my nails were done recently and only needed to be filed, she def cut them too short and the paint job was sloppy. The edges are rough as hell! She didn’t even tend to my cuticles. Save your money! Next!

Made a appointment, to take my wife out to get a pedi for Mother’s Day. Called early morning and ask for a time. They said yes the time was good . They took my name and phone number. Then I confirmed once again , time and for two they said yes. So when we arrive they were finishing up a couple people, and we were early. At the same time 3 other people walked in ahead of us , and said they had a appointment for the same time . Two people working five pedicures. I would rather they had called or text and ask if I could come in a little later. Instead we sat there for a minute to figure out what we wanted to do then we left. Guess our money was not worth our time . Bc nails will be very happy to have it. Then I find out when we’re driving off that’s not the first time that has happened to her. Small town word of mouth spreads fast. Can’t believe we are the only this has happened too.
