Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityWorst nail salon ever! They used dirty not sanitized tools on their guests and tore my skin up on my toes. My cuticles are burning! Not only that they’re ALL extremely rude and unprofessional. My nail tech threw her gloves down when she realized I had gel on my toes and she would have to work a little harder to get the polish off. Massive waste of money and I will never return. Worst nail salon ever! They used dirty not sanitized tools on their guests and tore my skin up on my toes. My cuticles are burning! Not only that they’re ALL extremely rude and unprofessional. My nail tech threw her gloves down when she realized I had gel on my toes and she would have to work a little harder to get the polish off. Massive waste of money and I will never return. When she did the acrylic fill she was in an incredible hurry to finish. Needless to say less than 3 days later they are lifting from the cuticle. Had an appointment with “Vicky ” and when I got there she passed me along to someone else to remove nail color and prep nails. I was not happy about this. When she did the acrylic fill she was in an incredible hurry to finish. Needless to say less than 3 days later they are lifting from the cuticle. Yes I could go back and have her repair them, but why would I if it wasn’t done right in the first place.

Told me not to put my shoes on,but wouldn’t let me stay for then to dry (there was no one waiting and 7 open seats at the dryer). When I repeated I only had gym shoes she told me I could wear the foam pedicure shoes next door (dollar tree) and buy sandals. I’ve never been treated so poorly anywhere ever before. Absolutely awful! $25 for a pedicure, then they kicked me out…literally. I only had gym shoes and after a few minutes of drying she made me leave. Told me not to put my shoes on,but wouldn’t let me stay for then to dry (there was no one waiting and 7 open seats at the dryer).
