Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWill never go back to this business ever!! My daughter and I decided to go to a local business instead of going to Lynchburg like we normally do. That was a huge mistake. We were both getting full sets, she picked a design and I wanted a French manicure with glitter accent nail. They sat us both down but started on my daughter first, after gluing the tips on they had my daughter move and started on someone that came in 10 mins after we did. We asked for quotes of price for our nails and were both told $55 which makes no sense when I have something simple and hers is a complex design. I at this point told them nevermind on mine because they should not cost the same and the woman was rude and could not explain how she arrived at the price from their own price list. My daughter was too embarrassed to leave so let them complete the service, the man had no idea how to do such a complex design and had to clean nail and start over several times. Will never go back to this business ever!! My daughter and I decided to go to a local business instead of going to Lynchburg like we normally do. That was a huge mistake.
