Visit here on sunday was very upset with my experience I spent $80 just for the guy to rush me answer phone 5 different occassions hurt 1 of my nails rushed designs it has only been couple days and my nails already started to look bad not to mention at end no hot towel or lotion because I assuming they were too busy. Sad because I would go here every couple weeks for gel nails and foot spa. Next time I will be looking into other places.

I will never go back to this nail salon. They charged me $80 for a kids gel manicure and just a fill, no color, nothing and I got charged $80. I never felt so rushed in a nail salon as I did here. They did the fill in 30 minutes when it usually take almost an hour. The lady got mad because my phone accidentally, yes accidentally fell and hit her foot. This was horrible service & I will not go back or recommend this place to anyone!

Was sat and even picked a color out and my nail techs asked for my color then proceeded to walk to the back and leave me waiting for 5 minutes I then ask another nail tech who was working on someone else if was a wait time she proceeds to tell me to wait 5-10 minutes more… As a Latino women and as a paying customer I can’t believe I can’t even get proper service.

This place is horrible. I scheduled an appointment over the phone, just to get one mail fixed. The lady who helped me sat right at the first table as you walk in. She was moody, mean and very pushy. I needed one nail fixed because I accidentally broke it while cleaving my house to have guess over the next day. I was already upset about breaking my nails and after experiencing; what I felt was extremely bad service I felt even worst. It was only 5 dollars to fix a nail and she charged me $10. I paid the fee and left. I will never ever return back to establishment. I was treated horribly. When she replace the broken nail she put another one on and it was placed on crooked according to De’CoCo Nails. This place will never get money out of my pocket ever again, not even in an emergency.

I normally never leave reviews… But this is by far the worst experience I have ever had in a Middletown nail salon. I came in looking for an acrylic fill it took 2 1/2 hours, my nails are extremely lopsided now, I was cut by the drill in seven different places and I’m still currently bleeding in some of the cuts, when I commented about how rough the drillbit was she said I was too sensitive. I’m leaving completely unhappy as my nails are misshapen, scratch to all hell, and extremely short. I will never go back to this business again and not a single owner or coworker cared when i asked for one nail to be reshaped before I leave to fix a messed up french tip on one nail.

This place NEVER disappoints!!! I’m very glad to put money into this company. I just got a pedicure and the crew is very nice! They accommodated ALL of my needs, even when I didn’t like the color. And the foot massage was A1!!❤️
