I was horrified today when going in for a mani pedi and they kept attempting to use unsanitary tools and USED toe separators on me!! When I asked her to get me fresh tools from the sterilization machine (in a pouch) she simply sprayed the tool w alcohol and then told me that’s how they clean them. Gross!!!! They also attempted to use USED toe files on me as well. I insisted on tools directly from sanitizer!!! The brush she attempted to use for my pedicure was so obviously used that I made her get up and get a new one that was still in the package

Every time I think of going to a new nail salon, I think back on the awful treatment from Henry and his family a few years back. Henry got so mad that I asked him for a new shape that he cut my nails off jagged and then called the police on me. It was so bad the police even admitted he wouldn’t even bring his own daughter to the establishment. The owners are incredibly disgustingly rude and I definitely think this was racially motivated. If you look at the reviews, it’s them arguing back. I understand sometimes the customer can be wrong but I know for a fact asking for a new shape is the norm at a nail salon.

I walked in and Henry, the owner took my right away and the experience was great!Henry and his wife are very hard working people and it shows because they are always busy. Probably review won’t be made public-as long as the owner Henry reads it that’s all I care for. I been going to the nail shop for years I would travel 25 minutes as I liked the work Unfortunately DON”T KNOW WHY Henry did not wanted to give me service any longer….not answering my calls at all went twice in person to make appointments both times very early afternoon and all he would say was come back at 7PM when the place closes at 7:30 and they’re weren’t hardly any customers I always been nice, friendly and polite always gave them a good tip for services given to me. Very RUDE OF HENRY to treat a customer this way. Gladly I found a new place closer to home where people are very professional and treat me with kindness. Yo may still have may customers come to see you-but lost one that used to like your business. To you that might not mean anything but customer service here in America is very different from what ASIAN people give at nail salons. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!
