Not a bad place to get your nails done. The staff is professional and polite, but they do try to upsell you on some of their services. That is the business though.

I JUST got my husband to fall in love with pedis and this place ruined it for us. We went in just yesterday and the gentleman who did pedicure was fabulous but the lady doing my husband’s cut two of his toes so badly that despite using antibiotic cream yesterday and today his big toe is already infected. He didnt realize what she was doing was POOR TECHNIQUE. I’m not sure of the lady’s name but she was awful, she tried to play off two bleeding toes by telling my husband to put his feet in the water. She is so lucky she didn’t have me and he waited til we got home to tell me or she would have had a VERY BAD EVENING. This place is inexpensive and within walking distance but we will not go back. RUN dont walk somewhere else because this place is hit or miss.

I have been here a few times and each time had a different experience. Typically, no one greets you until you sign in, so if you’re new and don’t know the process, you’ll be lost for a good five minutes. The nail quality depends on the person you have. Anna does nails REALLY well and they were PERFECT the first time she did them. Only problem I had was that I am naturally anxious and tense. She kept telling me to relax and every time she did my nails, she eventually seemed irritated that I was making it harder to do them. I went back for refills but was helped by other nail techs twice. Both gentlemen who did my nails were nice, so I felt bad for not liking the outcome. The nails were bumpy and uneven in length and thickness.

Wish I could give this 0 stars, I really should’ve read the reviews before coming here. This place is rude, I felt rushed and they don’t even know how to do a simple French manicure. I went in for an ombré French manicure on my real nails at first. But then the lady kept rolling her eyes and breathing heavily because she couldn’t do it. So I told her just a regular French manicure it is. I couldn’t even feel relaxed because every worker would walk over and watch her do a French manicure and just be talking in their language. Which I have no problem with them talking in their language but they don’t even follow what their signs say. They have signs hung up around the place saying they can’t speak anything other than English when helping customers. I left the place with uneven nails, some French tips thicker than the others. And was told to pay $60. Ridiculous, never again.
