Unfortunately they have lost my business. I have been a client for 3+ years and with the new ownership, they have no idea which way is up. Was in there for almost two hours with an appointment, for a simple fill-in acrylic gel manicure. The girl was sweet but clearly had never done nails before, never filed them with the roller after putting the new product on. They were wayyyy to thick and chipped within two days. So disappointed after going there.

I usually don’t change my nail salon but was in the area and decided to make an appointment at Le’s. I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome. Edna did a great job with my fill-in and pedicure! I paid significantly less than at my regular guy for better work! She didn’t rush thru anything, took her time and it turned out beautifully. I made sure to tip accordingly and I will definitely be back! Thank you Edna, my nails are beautiful !!

After being a loyal customer for years, they have lost my business. I went there strictly for Yolanda (she always did a fantastic job with my eyebrows). But every time I went recently, I’d be waiting over an hour because they had overbooked her. There were times they’d tell me to leave and come back or that Yolanda was no longer available and I’d either have to reschedule or have someone else do my eyebrows. The last time I went, the new owner of the salon did them and she messed them up! They were so uneven and so much skinnier than what I had walked in with. I stood there in tears after I went back in to complain, she attempted to fix them and made them worse. I haven’t gone back since. Each time I went in, the new girls seemed to not care about their business and would rather spend their time playing with each others hair than making sure they booked appointments correctly. Will not go back here unless the business is sold to someone who knows how to run it.

This place is a disgrace. Other then the two good workers who try really hard, the owners sit around and tend to their own beauty needs all day. They do nothing and get annoyed when customers come in. They can’t even get the appointments correct. In two hours four people walked in with appointments and they were clueless as they continued to do their own hair and nails. When they did manage to deal with a customer they spent more time on their phone texting and talking. They speak no english until it is time to pay. What a joke, they will be out of business in a year.

Critical: QualityI was holding back on writing this review because businesses are suffering during these times but unfortunately I think it important to share my experience. The girl who did my nails was not friendly, on her phone and she went to town taking chunks of my skin away from around my nails. She left them completely raw and irritated. Very uncomfortable and painful. I know I should have said something while there but I’m such an anti confrontational person. Today my nail beds are red and swollen and highly sensitive. Also my 40 dollar gel manicure which was done just 24 hours ago is now chopping off and peeling.Service: ManicureI was holding back on writing this review because businesses are suffering during these times but unfortunately I think it important to share my experience. Unfortunately there are new owners . Hopefully they will give the place a much needed fixing up and the new staff will be friendly and good at doing nails. On a positive note Ivy is still there! She is the Best for Acrylics and probably all nail services. Definitely see Ivy 🙂 Acrylic nails

Where do I start. Since the new owner took over, it’s been horrible. The new owner(s) are too busy washing their hair, putting in hair extensions, talking among themselves to give any kind of customer service. Did I mention, the owner doesn’t speak English. If her receptionist is too busy to translate, good luck getting her to understand you. The new owner also put in a hair salon station. When I come for a mani/pedi, I’m looking to relax. Not listen to a hair dryer, or smell dye chemicals, or have cut hair flying around wet nail polish. My tech let me know she switched salons and I will drive the 20 minutes to her new place. Even though this one is 2 minutes from my house. Loni, Ivy, Deborah and all of the original girls were great. The new owner never owned a nail salon and it shows. I hope all Loni’s old staff find better places to go to.

My feelings have changed about this establishment ever since new ownership has taken place . Had a 10 am appointment for a manicure, arrived to see the old owner ( loni) and some of the workers sitting outside waiting for the new one to come open up shop for the day . Waited 35 minutes, new owner arrives unapologetic and laughing. My time was very limited because i had to pick my grandmother up from an appointment that was down the street. I had to get up in the middle of getting my nails done to pick her up . If the shop was opened in time my nails would’ve been done way before it was time for pickup. What makes matter worse is that this had been happening for a week straight and sometimes people are waiting longer ! Another lady who had been coming to le’s for 20 years express well tried to express her concerns to the new owner and the new owner couldn’t understand her because she can’t speak English, so the receptionist had to translate for the owner for her to understand the client. Not sure how we run a business and can’t communicate with your clients!! Only reason I put 3 stars because everyone associates Le’s with Loni and she’s always provide great service over the years. Said to say tho once she and Ivy leaves .. I will not be coming back !
