I changed my review because I wanted to try to see if they can fix things. I give props to Theresa for trying even though I’m still disappointed with my gel manicure. I went in about a week ago and I had a guy who was on video chat for a big chunk of the time getting my nails done. When I went to work the next day people were telling me it looked like I did it myself of that my gels even looked old. I wanted a white with sparkles and wasn’t told the color I choose would just be sparkles . I was hoping that they would at least try to fix things or take off my gels. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This was my 2nd time here and I can say – They are awesome! Both times they did great job! The 2nd time I came in 1h before closing, but they still accepted my walk in (even it was sooo crowded). I don’t remember the name of the 1st girl who did my nails, but the 2nd one was Lyee (I think). All in all, I am very happy and satisfied with their service!

Horrifying experience. Got a full set, gel powder. Had to go back THREE times in ONE week because they were weak and different nails kept breaking. Then they expected me to pay for another new set!
