I am a long time customer. Most of the girls are really nice and good at what they do. But I have had two time experience with this main guy there that stops me from going there for good. He’s rushy and pushy, and just full of bs. The first time he told me he can’t do almond shape for me. It costs additional fee for that shape. Which I have never heard of throughout my entire time there or at any salon. Today I went to take off my SNS which was done there and I wanted to let my nails take a break. He left me with my nails all fuzzy and unpolished. I asked him to polish it more to make it smoother he said there is no such thing. Or I have to apply clear polish. I had to go home and use my own polish foam stick to fix all my nails. Yes there is a way to make your bare nail look polished. Surprised a professional stylist is not aware of that. Way to lose a long term customer. Good luck.

The host does not accommodate the customer. Each time I had the slightest complaint, he does not take any accountability. In the past 2 years, whenever I have gotten a gel manicure in pink color, it turns white almost immediately after. I asked if I can get my nails redone and they just say “sorry, it’s not our fault.”

i went here for a full set. i like my nails long but they clearly don’t specialize in this. (which is okay). three different people had to work on my nails. they weren’t horrible, just wished for $100 they were better. the service was good and the workers were very nice.

I love Les Mains Buckhead! I have been getting my nails done at LM for the last two years, and can’t recommend them highly enough. Lots of dip colors to choose from and my manicures are always beautiful and last around 3 weeks. They also give the best pedicures. Any time I’ve had a nail chip or crack, they’ve been quick to fix it upon my return. Make an appointment vs walking in- they’re very busy and you can expect to wait especially at peak times.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI would NOT recommend this place at all. I received SNS & asked for a coffin shape. First, I can’t tell if these are coffin or rounded. Second, it’s only been 2 days since getting this poorly done SNS. Third, the job was done horrifically, I mean look at the pics. The SNS is entirely to thick and none of the nails are shaped the same on either hand. My thumbs are literally two different shapes. The tech I had also cut too much off of the corners of the tips which exposes my real nail. I’ve never had a worse SNS in my life lol even after I voiced my concerns and clearly expressed how unsatisfied I was, nothing was done. They handled it completely unprofessionally. The nail tech doing my toes cut me with the drill being too rough and wiped it with a DIRTY towel. He also made my big toe nails two different lengths.. The lady doing my nails was also kind of rough but she didn’t cut me me. The nails she did were decent nothing special the shaping could’ve been much better. She got offended because I did not want to tip the pedicure nail tech. He literally made my toe bleed why would I tip him!

DO NOT GO HERE. Wish I could give it zero stars. I had the most appalling experience at the Buckhead location. I had been going to this location for almost a year and was never fully happy with my experience, but I kept going because I loved my nail tech, Summer. When she left it seemed everything just went down hill. The Manager that works the front desk (can’t remember his name) is the rudest person and doesn’t know a thing about customer service. I can’t believe they even put him in charge of this place. The last time I went in to get my normal sns manicure, I had an appointment and waited for 45 min with no one even acknowledging that I was waiting. After about 30 min, I asked when they would be able to take me and the only response I get from the manager is “we’re running behind.” After 45 min, I said something again and he finally sits me at a table. I wait for another 10-15 min (at this point visibly annoyed) before he starts taking of my sns dip. As he is doing this, he begins to throw false accusations at me saying “I remember you, you left me a bad review online.” And continues to repeat this multiple times in front of the entire salon even after I said I have no idea what he is talking about. Rightfully so, I get visibility upset, stand up, and walk out with nails half taken off saying I am no longer giving this establishment my money. I have never in my life experienced a more unprofessional encounter. Not only was he falsely accusing me (I never wrote any review – negative or positive until now), but how can you even think of treating a loyal and paying customer this way??? After this happened, I was in complete and utter shock at what I had just experienced. I tried calling the Les Mains Works location to speak with the manager there and all I was offered was a 10% discount on my next visit. Such a joke. I will never step foot in any Les Mains salons ever again in my life. Judging by these reviews and word of mouth, I know for a fact I am not the only one who has had an unpleasant experience with this establishment, so I truly cannot believe nothing has been done about it. Hope the manager is happy because now he finally got his review that he falsely accused me of making!! ✌
