I would never want to go back there again , lady was really rude when I got my pedicure. She barley acted like the wanted to touch my feet and when I asked for another service she told me they didn’t do that there. I never went to a nail shop and they didn’t offer that service. I told her to square my nails she didn’t listen she cut my nails down to short and my nails were round. Bad experience also she didn’t take her time and barley scrub the bottom of my feet

Don’t do it! Don’t go here. I’ve been here many times the past year or two and this last experience has left me to never go back. I at first wanted my long, fake nails off and just wanted a dip manicure. The nail technician literally slapped my leg and was so offended I didn’t want just a fill. When I was getting my nails done, she kept commenting on my posture and kept saying my fingers weren’t relaxed but if I relaxed them they might “hit the towel.” I could do nothing right. I wanted to cry after she gave me a nasty look for relaxing my hand too much after she told me to relax. She then gave me the silent treatment until I was ready to pay. I’m never going back. I’ve never had an experience like this. It was downright insulting and rude.

This is the best place in town by far! I’ve been going for 4 years now because the owner, Yan, is amazing and does all kinds of designs that other nail techs won’t even try. She’s also very particular so my nails always come out super consistent and perfectly shaped.

Meh. I got a French manicure. The tech left polish on the tips of my fingers and some on my hands. When I told her about it she asked if I washed my hands after. A couple of smudges on the nails too. I’m sure I won’t go back. They did have new tables though and I understand they are getting new chairs this weekend. Manicure

It’s sad for me to rate this business so low, as I’ve been going there for the past 6 years. Unfortunately every time for the last year or two that I’ve gone I was not pleased with services for the finished product. Continued going because I am loyal and finding a new nail salon isn’t always easy. But, today was my last visit. $8 for gell overlay one 1 big toe to prevent further splitting, $10 to trim my cuticles (because it’s not part of the dip manicure), and a finished product that has stubby and thick nails that look the furthest from natural.
