Critical: QualityA trim of 1″ she said needed to come off. I said that’s great! My hair was all 1 length. I got botched and a hack hair cut. I have a regular beaution… but I go here just for a treat to have my hair washed and flat ironed for a “treat ” I thought I was safe with the 1″ trim off the ends. I went up yesterday and she wanted to look at the lengths in my hair… I said “I DON’T WANT MY HAIR CUT” next thing I know she’s thinning and then showed me what it needed was a face framing… imalike… .. she started cutting…a whole pile of hair again on the floor. My hair is now above to almost to my shoulders. Never ever again. So much for a pampering treat. I’m very upset as well as my 10 year old daughter who went today with her dad for a hair cut. The person who cut her hair wouldn’t do it like she asked because she didn’t think it would look good or whatever her reason for it was and didn’t tell us This until after she already started This person has no say on how my child gets her hair cut that’s my job so why don’t you stick to cutting hair because that is your job that you are paid to do. Hope you feel good about hurting a little girls feeling never again will my family walk in your business or get any customers from me

I am extremely picky and cry every time I get my hair cut. I have tried a plentiful of different salons and no salon cuts my hair right. I have course thick brittle hair and have many issues with people messing up my long layers. They always make my layers even and never mess up my face frame. No mater what salon I try close to my college I end up driving all the way to Howard city just to get my hair cut.
