Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went here for the first time for a pedicure and it was the worse pedicure I have ever had. The lady was so rough with the massage it hurt the whole time (how do you mess up a foot massage) and she could tell I was uncomfortable and laughed. Also all of the tools were re used and after she used them on me she literally scrubbed them clean in the water that my feet were soaking in! Ohh and the best part is I asked for callus remover and she put the callus gel on with no wrap ! my calluses are obviously still there. The only reason I will give even 1 star is because the older lady who did my eyebrows did a decent job. The lady was so rough with the massage it hurt the whole time (how do you mess up a foot massage) and she could tell I was uncomfortable and laughed. I went today for the first time and I’m usually very picky about nail places but I couldn’t be more happier with them! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she matched exactly, even better! Just had a great pedicure at this establishment. Extremely clean , very friendly staff and large selection of products. My nail technician Christina did a wonderful job and my feet haven’t looked this good in a long time. I will certainly return and would highly recommend them.
