The owner was very understanding and knowledgeable when inquiring about services/products – He was very flexible and easy going in rescheduling my nail appointment. I had a very nice experience overall. The Salon is beyond clean. *****There’s an overall uplifting environment, that include, super nice scents, super nice sounds & super nice STAFF. I felt that my needs and likes where considered first, by all. I found it to be a very calming environment where I wasn’t rushed. What a wonderful and pleasant experience at LeoVinci Nails today and in the past. Today I went in because I broke a nail. The owner could not have been kinder and more pleasant about fixing the nail I broke. The service was impeccable as it has been every time I have been into LeoVinci Nails. Their pricing is spot on with all the other nail salons in the area. The salon is clean, bright and pleasant. I left today with my nail repaired and my next appointment set up. While the place is beautiful and the staff seemed very nice, I wound up walking out. I had an appointment for a pedicure. Right after I checked in, a walk in arrived for a pedicure. After I had been sitting with my feet in rapidly cooling water for 15 minutes, a technician began working on the walk-in’s pedicure. Five minutes later I asked how much longer it would be and pointed out they took the walk in first. I was told they took the walk in because my appointment was for later than she had walked in. I corrected them with my actual appointment time. This was met with silence. A few minutes later, with my feet in cold water, I told them I was leaving. If they had apologized for the error when I questioned the wait I would have been understanding, but there was no apology until I was walking out the door. Sorry- not good enough. I left and gave another nail salon my business.

So because I can’t reply, nobody is trying to bully you because you are a new business. You offered to give us our money back. We have 4 children and just moved from Boston a few years ago. We are not typical mansfield residents we don’t make 6 figures a year. Now I don’t expect city prices or even city talent, but the bare minimum of a Mani/Pedi is to get the cuticles cut off, dead skin removed around feet hands, and nails painted or gel whatever you ladies do but never have I seen my wife come out with polish all over her. My wife is far from confrontational and has a very hard time standing up for herself. You took her money and rushed her out after not even having cleaned the excess polish off her fingers. It doesn’t just wash off like you told her it needs acetone you are a nail tech you should know this. If she puts acetone near her nails they will look even worse than they do. It’s fine keep the $90 that took us weeks to save so I could do this for her. She’s a really good mom and a very sweet person so don’t try and make her out to be a “bully”. Bad choice of words. If anybody has bullied anybody it’s been you.
