I’ve been going to this barbershop for years, it was the place to go to when I was younger. It fell off a bit when the old man took over; then a younger kid with a bunch of tattoos took over, never got cut by him he was always very busy – but he renovated it and changed how things were ran and really made the place into a awesome, modern place. Not sure what happened to him but ever since he left the place really has taken steps back especially with the customer service. It’s not a friendly, barbershop atmosphere anymore. If you walk in it’s like the end of the world and even when you make an appointment you’re waiting longer then it takes to get your haircut. Was hoping it would turn back around like it did right after Covid, but it seems like this decline is in no way near turning around.
