I had an appointment to go back here for my second haircut, however I cancelled it. I recommended this salon to my best friend and after hearing how she was treated at her appointment, I wont be returning. Her simple requests for her appointment was 2 inches off and for her hair to not be heat treated. She has naturally curly hair that she has been working on for months and heat treating it would ruin her natural curls. The stylist completely ignored this request and gave her a full blowout even after she spoke up a second time. The fact that any salon would directly violate a clients request is unacceptable to me.

Awful. Walked in as a first time client with Ramy and showed a picture of the vision I had for my hair. I explained (with full understanding that the girl in the pic did not have the same hair as me) that I was hoping to achieve a somewhat similar look with lowlights. He said “that will not look good on you” and when I tried to request something different he again said “that will not look good on you”. In this moment instead of doing what any good hairstylist would do and recommending something that WOULD look good on me, he belittled me. I walked out without even a cut because of the way I was treated and talked down on. I’ve had lowlights in my hair several times and have loved it every time. To be so talked down on for even simply requesting it was baffling to me. Will never be back again.

Sophie was so amazing. My sister absolutely loved how Sophie did her blonde, so she sent both my best friend and I to see her, and all of our results are beautiful as well. My sister and best friend are both blonde and had Sophie brighten and tone up their hair, and I’ve personally never seen a blonde so perfect and seamless for both of them, matching their skin tones perfectly. I have really dark hair that’s never been colored before, but she was able to do the most beautiful auburn balayage. Sophie is a true artist!! Not to mention the rest of the staff was very kind and the entire salon has such lovely energy. Thank you Leonardo’s Salon and Spa!!

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityJess is the best! I have always had a pink “peek-a-boo” under my hair and Jess made it even better. Since these types of colors tend to fade, she looked at my hair and said she wanted to “use” the pink, and then changed the rest up a bit. I always give free reign when I trust my stylist – I like them to express their creativity – and I’m glad I did with Jess! She used purple and orange (as well as the existing pink). She said “I’m thinking ‘sunset’…”. And it looks amazing! When it came time to trim my hair, I mentioned that it was growing in “boxy”. She trimmed it up, styled it, and it looks fantastic! This was only my 2nd time visiting Jess but she remembered our conversation from last month which makes me feel “important”. She makes you feel relaxed and is super easy to chat with.
