Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI visited the nail shop once’s and my experience was a 6 out of a scale of 1 to 10. I decided that scene I was in the area I’d stop by again; because, it was an okay experience. However, my 2 visit was messed-up (F-UP). The shop was full they had about 8 clients waiting. I asked the manager how long was the wait he said a long, long I said okay. I told him I’ll be right back I’m just going next door to pick up my outfit. I also, asked someone to hold my spot I asked him was it okay he said yes. I Left and came back do you know he made me wait for two girls that came after me. After he said I could leave and come back. The manger is a lair! I visited the nail shop once’s and my experience was a 6 out of a scale of 1 to 10. I decided that scene I was in the area I’d stop by again; because, it was an okay experience. However, my 2 visit was messed-up (F-UP). The shop was full they had about 8 clients waiting. I asked the manager how long was the wait he said a long, long I said okay. Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been getting my nails done here for awhile and the ladies in the salon are always nice however, I told the guy that was doing my nails I did not like my nails and he begin the roughly hold my hand and cut the nails off I told him don’t hurt my hands because you’re upset that I said I didn’t like my nails. I then told him you guys are used to doing customer’s nails the way you want and people not saying anything and charge them just the same. He began speaking very rudely in his language yelling to the other techs across the room so very unprofessional although, I was very polite and I did apologize for changing my mind because he was almost done with one hand but, the nail power was too light for me and looked awful and I told him during and he said ” No Pretty” thats not his choice. I will not be returning. The nail tech charged my card $65 instead and then recharged my card for the actual price and said That he voided my other 65 dollars so that it would be on a hold for 5-7 days. I left the salon and they had took all my money from me and they actually took 110 dollars off of my card and never returned it. I called the store five times to get my money back and no one ever answers the phone. I even waited a week to see if my money would return to my account and it never did. I went here to get my nails done and the price of my nails were $45. The nail tech charged my card $65 instead and then recharged my card for the actual price and said That he voided my other 65 dollars so that it would be on a hold for 5-7 days. I left the salon and they had took all my money from me and they actually took 110 dollars off of my card and never returned it.
