Very upset that I spent $90 on a service from “the best” and the polish only lasted 3-4 DAYS, not weeks, before chipping. Mind you, I only got a fill, gel polish, four nail designs, and matte top coat….. for $90. Which I paid with mo problem thinking it would last at least 2 weeks. I could see if I was using a lot of alcohol on my hands, typing, working hard or anything. But no. I’ve been on vacation since the day my nails got done. No extra exposure like chlorine, bleach, or alcohol. The matte is coming off and the nails with no matte just design is chipping. Definitely not the best working there.

I so love my nails. There where so may colors and glitters to choose from( I loveeeee glitter☺️). The place is so Venetian style and when I asked for thicker acrylic, the nail tech ( I didn’t get her name) she called the owner Leo over and he made sure I got exactly what I asked for. I wasn’t disappointed. I will definitely be returning

I am so incredibly picky when it comes to getting my nails done. Unfortunately, I never caught my nail tech’s name but I just wanted to say…. This is THE best work I have EVER seen. She got the acrylics shaped perfectly, not too thick or thin, took her time, and was never rough. Everything was perfect. Will only be coming to Leo’s from now on. Everything was above 10/10!!!

Today was my first visit to Leo’s and I left feeling like I wasted $40. I went in for a standard, non-gel manicure. My technician was very rough on my skin, when she was buffing off my old polish and filing my nails she kept looking away and so not only were my nails uneven and not properly buffed, but my skin kept getting hurt in the process because she wasn’t looking at what she was doing. The polish wasn’t applied evenly and I had bubbles and imperfections all over as well as polish on my skin that she didn’t bother to take off. I don’t think all the nail technicians are like this as I noticed most people were very focused on their clients but I felt like mine just couldn’t have cared less. I wish I could get my money back. Update: also realized I was overcharged ♀️

Every time I make an appointment I still wait 20-60 minutes before being assisted and as someone with horrible anxiety it’s awful. Now I am not new to this- I’ve been getting acrylics for 12 years. Charged extra for “gel” polish on my acrylics even though I’ve never had any other type of polish put on acrylics in other salons not to mention I wasn’t even told beforehand. Polish applied sloppily and literally lift 4 days after them getting done (gel polish does not just “lift” away like regular polish like that. Again. I’ve been doing this for over a decade.) and one of them snapped when I was typing (not even using my nails to type). Disappointed doesn’t begin to express how I feel about this. You spend money trying to do something nice for yourself to lift your spirits and it’s incredibly saddening when you just get this.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityVery disappointed and won’t be going back. I had this girl who was very nice, but did a very sloppy job. The nails aren’t even, the coffin shape on almost all of them is crooked. She had ghosts done on her nails that she said she did that looked awesome, then she throws these on mine. Not to mention the black was done all sloppy. She told me she’s only been working there a week and they wanted me to pay $91 for this set. Never once was I told about all of these “up charges” and I’ve been to this salon twice before. Once before I also had a bad experience with Shay because her work is also sloppy and uneven, so I figured as long as I don’t go back to her it should be fine. But as far as I’m concerned, they’re stealing from people for this quality. I spoke with the owner after telling them at the desk that I wasn’t paying $91 for these and he said he was “helping me out” by giving me a “discount” and I still left spending $82 dollars. That’s not including a tip that I didn’t leave because I was appalled at how the whole thing was handled. If you plan on charging someone more than 65 dollars on a full set you should be telling them how much their manicure is going to cost before doing them. Especially if you’re going to nickel and dime for everything. I’ve heard about French tips being more and that’s fine, but to then to also charge me for these sloppy ghosts is ridiculous. If I’m paying $91 or even $82 for a full set they better be perfect. And no nails I’ve left with from this place have been perfect. They’ve been far from that to be honest.Service: Acrylic nailsVery disappointed and won’t be going back. I had this girl who was very nice, but did a very sloppy job. Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI love how professional the people work in this place, they are fast, clean, and very knowledgeable. I love to make my gel nails there, they never chip or peel for at least 2 weeks. I am always satisfied with the services and with the colors. Highly recommended!!

I got these on a week ago and they are already snagging by the cuticle, peeling up. My nail tech and staff is very nice there but the quality of the job and technique was not good. Not worth $65. It was my first time getting tip with color and they did not let me know that the paint color was an extra $15. Dip powder

The first time I went was great, Tammy did a great job and didn’t hurt me and was very detailed in getting all the nails shaped even. However, I recently went to have my acrylic nails removed and had the worst experience. I didn’t have to wait when I walked it as it was Wednesday around 3. Overall, I was there for 45 mins to have nails removed – I’ve gotten acrylic nails the past 5 years and it never takes that long. I believe part of the reason it took so long is that the tech, Leo, would take breaks to scroll on his Instagram- keep in mind he would tell me to take my hands out of the acetone for him to drill and as I’m waiting for him to drill he scrolls his Instagram. Secondly, he used the same drill bits that were in the drawer on me and then put them back when he was done; this does not seem the most sanitary. He also left 3 of the fake nails on my natural nails and proceeded to file them down instead of taking them off. Overall it was a rough and terrible experience and I will not be returning. My nails are 10x as brittle as they normally are after having acrylics and they’re rough/uneven and just look terrible.
