Len’s is just an amazing place to get a haircut. Susan is phenomenal and really cares about her work . She knows my haircut and it looks amazing upon completion! She even remembers our conversations. I’ve been here several times now after having my old barber move on (he didn’t die, he just doesn’t work there anymore). Made my first appointment with Christine, and she did a great job. She did a great job with both my hair and my beard, and passed the most important test of all; the wife test. Christine is out on Maternity leave, so I then had my hair cut by Chris. By the way, I have to apologize to Chris. I had picked up a cold and was struggling with a cough, and I should have cancelled (I tested for Covid and was negative twice before). It was inconsiderate of me to show up with a cough regardless. Chris did a great job on my hair and beard. I then had my hair cut by Len of Len’s. Again a superlative job, especially the beard. Believe me, if they can me look acceptable, they are truly wizards with scissors (and clippers). I’m an old man, and not much impresses me, but they’ve all been great; friendly and cheerful, and just a pleasant place to be instead of a chore to be a accomplished. Thank you!

I’ve never had a bad haircut here (shout out to Susan). The shop is clean and inviting, and since Covid, they’ve adapted quite well to an on line booking system. No more waiting in line for the next available barber! I just log on, pick my barber and my appointment time, and know who’s cutting my hair and when. Quick and easy, and inexpensive to boot.

My wife Katie loves coming here. We moved back to CT from living in RI for 13 years, and Katie was born and raised in RI. she fell in love with the staff, and the way they don’t judge her being a female going into a barber shop. When she leaves she always feels so much better. She recently retired from law enforcement, and loves the sense of community here at Lens! If your looking for a fantastic place to go, that is affordable, does an amazing job, and super friendly to everyone please go to Lens! ❤️

I recently moved to New Milford and glad I found this place, my hair is important to me and therefore so is my barber. They do a great job considering it’s a little bit of an assembly line 12 minute in and out ordeal, still the cut is better than when I’ve had someone work on me for 45 minutes. The only thing which has been inconvenient is the limitations for each staff member. Some only do fades down to #1, other do shaves while some don’t. If I want to have my face shaved and a cut I can’t go the the person I like the best because he doesn’t do all of the things I want done. Their website makes it easy to find what you want though, so this shouldn’t be a problem for most people.

It’s a classic neighborhood barbershop and whether I’m getting my hair cut or my kids are, I always enjoy the friendly welcome we receive when we walk into the shop. Highly recommend!

I received one, if not, the best haircut I have had in a number of years. My barber was a pregnant gal only four weeks from delivery but she was as tentative and gentle as she could be. I certainly hope she had an easy time with her delivery and she and baby are doing fine. She was such a ray of sunshine. Haircut
