Emily was my Lash Tech. I showed her Three different pictures of the same style of how I want my lashes and when she was finished,my lashes were the same length as my Natural lashes, nothing like the pictures I showed her. When I brought this to her attention, she disregarded what I said and blamed me. I told her I wanted my lashes long, my lashes are so short, you would not even know they are there! I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed! Emily does not know what she is doing, and I would NOT recommend her at all!! I do not recommend this place at all!! My lashes have been falling out since I left. I wish I could give 0 Stars.

The only reason I’m giving Van two stars is that her work is great. However, her attitude is awful!!!! I’ve never experienced such horrible service in my life. She acted as though she was doing my brows for free. I addressed certain concerns about my brows and she got an attitude and walked out. I will not be returning to her. And at the end of my visit, I told her that her attitude was horrible and she needed to do better. I’m a paying customer and I should be able to express my concerns without her throwing a tantrum! As I stated above, she does great work but if you have to correct anything she’ll throw a fit.

I attended this business as a model for a microblading class . I just want to give the owner her flowers. She’s very polite, along with the other instructors. The building was very clean and upscale. I loved to see how patient she was with her students, she asked multiple times if I was ok and comfortable. Her students did absolutely GREAT. Everyone’s eyebrows came out great. I would definitely recommend her and any of her students. And I’ll definitely be returning for any of my needs

I found @browbytrish on IG and after noticing she had a lot of followers and her work looked nice. I had been meaning to get my brows re-done after I had a bad experience in 2019 and then a bad cover up job in 2020. I texted the number in her bio and sent her pics expecting her not to be able to fix them. I decided to give her a try and loved that I was able to get in within a couple days (no needing to book months in advance like some places!). The shop is really nice in the same plaza as Toast and Roasters. I was very hesitant after my last experience bc ombre brows are permanent and I wanted to make sure she corrected it. I was soooo happy and satisfied with how they turned out! She did an excellent job and the price was in line with other microblading/combo/ombre brow services in the area. I cannot wait for the touch up. If anyone is hesitant like I was trust me you cannot go wrong with Trish.

Never again and I recommend that you do not patronize this business my experience was awful after I have spent over 1000 with them in a 7 month span the lack of gratitude that people are even stepping foot in your business is disturbing.. the women that keep your doors open are the hardworking women outhere..you need to learn better business practices . But I know you wont because it is black women that pays your commission and salary.. so you won’t do better because we are loyal to a fault.. I won’t be back

Have been to this place twice, it’s a nice place, went the second time last Friday decided to get the Cluster Lashes, the girl that did them was great, she did a good job…fast forward two days later the lashes on my left eye came off on the end…called the shop today and basically the guy that answered the phone said they are not willing to fix it.. I said it’s only been two days and I didn’t expect them to be falling out this soon he basically didn’t care and advised me they don’t guarantee this cluster lash …. I told him I’m not asking for the lash to be redone just for the ones that fell off on the end to be replaced and still yet he said no so it’s very disappointing to spend your money in an establishment and 2 days later they’re not willing to take responsibility and please the client, so going to think very hard and long about going back to this place… Not very good post service and not good business! 🙁
