John is so awesome. He is very professional and polite. Everything is neat and organized. He cleaning and sanitizing techniques are above and beyond any other nail salon ai have ever visited. I highly recommend this business because I do not have to worry about germs or bacteria. He is wonderful answering any questions about what he is doing or using and will offer you suggestions and information to use at home as well. Definitely going back more regularly. The only negative I can even think of is you MUST make an appointment to receive any services because John is the only person working there at this time. He ‘s not able to accommodate any walk-in guests as a result. I actually went yesterday to use my gift certificate, and as a walk-in he was not able to do my pedi. However he was able to get me in today and his availability is very flexible. Prices are reasonable and possibly lower than other places for the same service. I would give more than 5 stars for this place if I could no doubt.
