3 nails chipped in 3 days! My first experience there went pretty well, very nice staff. However the gel color on the sample didn’t match the gel on my nails. The matching regular polish was accurate, that was on my toes. They were supposed to match! I couldn’t tell until I got outside. It was a brand I wasn’t familiar with.

I was in search of a nail salon while running some errands. I happen to come across Lennox Nail Bar and decided to go in and see if they could work me in. Ryan and his staff greeted me with a smile! They were all so nice and immediately made me feel welcomed. I was offered a drink and sat down. Very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. I got an SNS fill and it is the BEST one I have ever had! My natural nails actually look more natural. Best color selection I have ever seen. I like to try different colors and when I saw the green it was like nothing I had seen at any other nail salon so my decision was quick and easy. Some nail bars tend to make nails look too thick and for me it does not seem natural. Ryan focused on me the entire time and paid attention to detail which I can be very particular about. He took his time and I never once felt rushed. I am so glad I stopped at Lennox Nail Bar. They are my new nail experts! I am a customer for life! Thank you to everyone there for a great experience! In the beginning, I was impressed with this nail salon until my last 2 visits. After both visits, I was overcharged for services received. Ryan the former manager, is no longer here. If you call to speak with a manager, you will be told that “he stepped away”..and spoken to in a rude unprofessional manner..I was charged $35.00 for gel polish removal that was done previously here and applied by one of their techs. During my visit today, I was not satisfied with the application process of the color before both hands were completed. Therefore; I requested to have it removed from the 1 hand that looked a mess, and chose not to have any color put back on. Pricing is not consistent with the list they keep on their carts. I went to another upscale salon, immediately after leaving this place, it is very clear that my nails were getting damaged here. Unfortunately, it took a bad experience for me to realize that this isn’t a good place for me to spend my money or maintain healthy nails. Please inquire about pricing before allowing any services to be done here. They will begin speaking in their native language to each other to confuse the customer’s. Ryan was pleasant and professional. I will not return here.
