Very clean salon. Everybody is extremely nice. The stylists are great. My stylus is Katelyn. She’s a sweet girl. Only problem I have is my hair is never the same color. It’s different every time. I want blonde hair and it comes out a dark blonde. I’ve done bleach baths to make it very blonde. I’ve had it a beautiful blonde and I would like to keep it that way but the next time I come in it’s made to be a darker blonde, I just want the same beautiful blonde everything I come in. I don’t like a darker blonde I like a lighter blonde. I’ve gone through so many processes to get it that way. I tell her everything I want it LIGHT BLONDE!

Not happy with my hair color after spending 3 hrs there. I called back the next day to share my experience, manager wasn’t in, never got a call back. Waited 24 hrs, called again, then was told Manager is out and won’t get a call back until Sunday (they’re off Friday & Saturday). Explained what happened, what was recommended, what was not explained. And then told for redo services i have to wait three weeks and they don’t offer refunds.

Scarlet and Cat are both so knowledgeable and caring I will not go anywhere else. I am in the process of growing out my silver/gray hair and consulted with them about this. They were so caring, supportive, and detailed when helping me decide on next steps for this transition to natural gray. What a team effort! With their knowledge and support I ended up going blonde for the first time in my life to start blending. I am so grateful to have such great young women doing my color.I love my colorists! I love my colorists! I see two colorists at this salon based on my schedule and theirs and they are both suburb! Scarlet and Cat are both so knowledgeable and caring I will not go anywhere else. My experience was wonderful. They offered me tea or coffee and the tea was delicious. I went just for a scalp detox and Danny was amazing. The head massage felt so good and he was so sweet. They even gave me a goodie bag because it was my first time there. And a survey to fill out too. It felt like more than just a salon. Will definitely be back just because of how pleasant everyone was. 🙂

Very happy with my first experience at this salon. I’ve been going to a different salon for 15 years but my stylist stopped working on weekends and I couldn’t get an appointment when I needed. I nervously called Lennon heads and was able to get an appointment. From start to finish everything was wonderful and it was the best haircut! Happy to have found a location close to work and home with convenient hours.
